Several times I have requested a simple email to inform when a new newsletter is out. Others do that with no problem. I am simply referred to the website without answering my request. Then when I asked for a Supervisor, that was ignored. Yes, I have been ignored. This happens after I get a lifetime subscription. I want a return of the lifetime subscription payment, and I will be happy with other newsletters, maybe even Doug Casey's real newsletter.

I've been very happy for years with the insights from Casey Research. Appreciate the quality of the research.

You guys just provide wonderful, thoughtful, in-depth research about so many varied topics. they all seem to be of interest to me and pertinent to the areas of investing that interest me most.

Your monthly newsletter is great! I am in my senior years now, and cutting back on all investing areas.. i am blessed to be reaping from what I learned from you and others on how to plan for retirement! Thank you!!

I don't get a lot of current emails or mail from Casey Research even though I 'am a Lifetime Subscriber

The newsletters and reports I receive from Casey Research are well researched and insightful. I can depend on them with confidence.

Very thoughtful research. I like the profit potential with their contrarian ideas. This is a very natural way to "buy low and sell high"

wish i read these reviews before i purchased this subscription. they charged me for the $49 and $349. didnt know i was double charged until months later when i looked at my bank statement. im upset and not satisfied at all

I don't order anything and receive 149 USD paying on my bank=ARNAQUE

I am really impressed with the fraudulent tricks this company uses to take our money. They offer you a special subscription for 1 year for only $49 promising you to get the best advise about stocks. Instead of offering these things, they make you to listen a video for more than an hour with the promise to release some stock names that will work for you, however at the end of the video you have to register in a subscription of $2000 to obtain that information. They play with us and ripped us off. Do not pay any cent.

i purchased a subscription which started out reasonable, so i thought. Then i was suckered in to the ultimate upgrade of 2,177.50 i regret doing that. My inbox was bombarded with more videos that are designed to make you watch it entirely just to be lead into purchasing something else. I requested a refund and was granted on that took effect on February 17, 2021. I thought the money would be put back into my checking account. I called and was told that a check for $2,177.50 was sent to me from them by REGULAR MAIL. For these people to be investors I would wonder why these didn't use a less risky way of sending it to me like UPS / FedEx or even by Certified mail anyway where you can track it as oppose to regular mail where it could be lost or stolen. I see this as a SCAM like everyone else now and the decided to sucker me and tell me they sent it by regular mail so if it is conveniently for them, lost in the mail then that would leave them off the hook. We sent it, we did our part... oh well, it's not our fault that it was lost or stolen. Damnit i wish i had did my homework and at least read these BAD REVIEWS before i so innocently trusted these crooks. I'm still waiting for my $2,177.50 sent by Casey Research via REGULAR MAIL??!!?!!

After reading all of these negative reviews, how would you expect anyone to invest with your newsletter or advice? Get your act together!

I bought a subscription and opened the door to endless emails to upgrade . Whatever you buy is t quite enough to get the value —- you have to go to the next step. They are not interested in building relationships beyond greed and taking your money based on wild predictions of fantasy returns on your money . I tried to call them but you never get to speak to a client service person , you just get Muzak to drive you nuts .
Don’t touch these people with a barge pole .

Completely fraud. I purchased membership for $49 per year, but payment gone through twice. I contacted them to refund one payment, they said they are not responsible for, asked to to contact who is selling the membership. I purchased from their website, obviously they are the seller. If not, how come I can access member account. The so called money back if not satisfied, I don’t think they can refund you also

I subscribed to follow EB Tucker. Instead I got inundated with daily infomercial emails pushing Teeka Tiwari's crypto promotions as well as other "get rich" scams. I was really disappointed that Tucker would align himself with this type of "organization" but it looks like he's on it. Stay away from this subscription.

Sounded good until we tried to reach customer service/membership services. Have had absolutely no response to our emails and have been unable to reach the company via telephone. Immediately cancelled our subscription. Can't determine if they are legitimate or not, but this is not how to run a successful business. Sounds like a scam.

Ordered the service on 5/18/20 and after reading their garbage research on 5G I attempted to cancel on 5/20/20 as they have their Iron Clad 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. I sent multiple emails and called several times with no response. I then disputed the charge on my credit card which they fought and won by sending my credit card company a terms and conditions page stating I did not try to cancel. I have proof that I send email, etc. attempting cancel which I may have to send to my bank as Casey research is still fighting refunding my money. I have been in contact with them via phone now 3 times and have been told they cannot refund my money as it is past the 60 day period. Its past my 60 days because they have ignored my calls and emails attempting to cancel. This place is 100% scam. If they need to scam people out of $49 to earn their money how good do you think their research is???

Beware, and do your research. BBB has gave them a "C," okay enough said.
