I have used them in the past with no issues but this time I have yet to receive any response. Although it has only been 2 weeks for me after reading these reviews I dont expect to receive my check. I asked for the expedited check for a $6 charge and nothing. I will go back to the other site I was using. I only went with them due to the fact that I needed extra money to fix my daughters car so she can get back and forth to school as she has no bus. I am heartbroken that this company that used to be great has turned into this piece of crap company. Will never do business with them again. I had a bad feeling when i tried calling and their number was cut off.

I’ve been waiting for payment since December 18, 2017. I’ve sent them all the information that they have asked for and nothing. I had received a message back in May from Jonathan claiming to be the owner of Cash now offer. He stated that my check would go out in 2 days. Well here we are in October. Never received payment or any other communication from company. Don’t sent them your stuff.

Been over 8 months, no payment, every time I complain they want info. I send it to them every time and never get paid. They take your items and don't pay. What they are doing is illegal. BBB and FBI Field Office in Chicago investigating fraud claims. Don't send items unless you are donating them. You won't get paid. The fake reviews are the people stating they were paid!

I sent 13 boxes in August for 305.00. I never have been paid. I sent emails and tried phone calls no answers. But I have received emails back from don, Ashley, Dee, Jon, Jeff Kelley, and team cashnowoffer.com. they all have said busy and few weeks behind but it has been three months. Now and i have sent payment request through pay-pal. and i have done that about every other day because they are not going to forget that they they owe me.

I sent 4 boxes of Freestyle Lite Test strips 100 count in July ( USPS # 9401910200883841509455 ). They were delivered on July 12, 2018 at 9:38 am. As of today ( October 15, 2018 ) I have still not received payment of $186. I have used this company in the past and have always been paid ( although the last couple payments took a few weeks ) but now I have been waiting over 3 months. I also have heard all the excuses of technical difficulties and such. But an honest man would post on their website that such problems have occurred and it will take some time to receive payment. Then we can decide if we want to wait or use another company to sell our test strips. But I see nothing on the website about problems or delays. I have even offered to drive to Chicago to collect my money since I live only a couple hours from Chicago. Let the owner get a business loan and pay everyone he owes, but I’m guessing that the company is worth a big shiny goose egg.
I just used an other company named Diabeticstrips4cash.com and sold another 4 boxes of Freestyle Lite Test strips 100 count totaling $160. They received the test strips today ( October 15, 2018 ) at 11:32 am, by 5:30 pm the same day I received payment via PayPal. WOW!!!!!

I got the same email, after almost a year they did send me a check, so I quests the checks in the mail was true this time. I just don't know if I should do any more business with them. They do pay more than other companies.

MAN I JUST STARTED READING THESE REVIEWS I TOOK MINE TO MY LOCAL POST OFFICE AND I RUSHED BACK THERE AND GOT MY BOX RIGHT BACK ABOUT 10 MINUTES AGO.

Sadly have to report the same issue as many of the reviews.
I received the same email from Ashley and never got. a response . I thinks this should be a class action lawsuit .

No response. A scam. I should have read the reviews before sending my test strips.

Do not send them anything! I have been waiting for my payment since April 4, 2018. I sent them over $600 in strips, they never sent payment. I contact them regularly through email and get the exact same run around everytime. Jeff sent some B.S. email about a month ago assuring everyone that they will get their payment, the market fluctuates and just be patient and blah blah blah. I was promised next day payment if I recieved payment through PayPal. So I did. I still have nothing 7 months later 😡

I sent my strips to this company and never received nothing I was another victim being ripped off I don't know why they take people reviews off if this company is ripping people off I emailed I called they said my check was being processed but never received nothing $98.00 is something I will never sell anything to this company and I'll be reporting it to BBB have a nice day

It seems like I am another victim of this fraud. The phone number is disconnected and no response to the emails that I sent.

I've Been Using CashNowOffer for a Bit over 2 years. Throughout Most of that Time, it was literally the Best Company I'd Dealt with, Good Communication, Payments within 2 Days Tops of Receipt to my Paypal, etc. In the Last 6 Months, Yes there's been Issues w/ Getting Paid and I had to wait 6 weeks at one point. I was Anxious, the last Several times I Mailed Products, but I'd Been Paid Every Time. Their Under New Management, so it may take some time for them to Adjust to being as Smooth as they were In Years Past, but I'd NEVER been ripped, I've gotten payments Every Time. Ppl are willing to Write them off as a scam, but their experiencing problems, give them a bit of time, and they should be about as Good as in the Past. Contact them via. e-Mail & Provide Proof of Receipt, it may take longer then 1 week for now, but they'd never Let me down.

Sent $226 dollars worth of strips and supplies to CashNowOffer on Feb1 and they received them on the 3rd (I have the documentation to prove it!). Now it's pushing 8 months later and I have yet to be paid! Other than Kelly in CS all other phone and email messages have fallen on deaf ears! But even she has been no help. I can't see how this company can keep operating when they're ripping so many people off! I used them twice previously with NO problem... Not sure what has happened but it stinks as my wife has cancer and I could really use the money!

I sent Cashnowoffer.com 8 boxes of test strips and according to them I would receive just over $100 for these strips. I sent them in March and according to USPS tracking they received them on the 29th of March, `2018. They never sent any check or emails. I contacted them over a dozen times and got excuses every time until they just stopped responding. This Company is a SCAM, A RIP OFF AND CRIMINAL. DO NOT USE THEM OR SEND THEM ANYTHING YOU WILL ONLY LOSE YOUR TEST STRIPS. I don't know how they can continue to be in business with all the complaints just like mine. I guess the various law enforcement agencies do not care about these scams.

absolute failure and scam of a company. lost over 500 dollars worth of test strips to them. They are a scam!!! I have been aggressively going after them for the money for months now.

I mailed 1 box back in June. Now it is September 20. No pmnt. I have emailed Kelly. she assures me that I will be paid. She has come up with every single excuse in the book you can think of. Now she says because of technical difficulties they're not sure of any time frame. So I told her that you know she burned me and that I was calling the Better Business Bureau. I should have read the reviews I got burned off one box and I guess I'll have to eat it. They suck never do business with them ever.

I have used before, never a problem. Referred a friend thinking "yay ! extra 25 + 10 +50". That was in July. PLUS my referral sent same. I can't believe they are still accepting shipments if they can't pay. Then we both get an email from "Jon"......yeah, not believeing his apologies, my creditors don't want to hear apologies, they want their $$$$, as do I. If there is a suit filed PLEASE let me know, I'm in. Single mom of 2 special needs kids, this was extra to help with birthday and neighbor is on fixed income so mucked up our days !!!
