I am still having problems with CASHNOW offer.com. my test strips were delivered and I haven't received my payment as of now. I sent them proof of the receipt that was emailed to me dated 4/16/2018. They don"t answer the phone i've left several messages and several emails. When can I Expect Payment?

I sent in 10 boxes of test strips, I was out of money and needed to eat, I got the confirmation email showing they denied 2 boxes showing an expiration date on the end of the box, the expiration date on my boxes are on the side not the bottom, I also have not received any payment, it is now 5 weeks I have been waiting. I keep emailing asking for updates and they say their accounting department is behind....BS... thes people just st take your supplies and keep them, you will not get your payment, I wish I had done more research 😡

I sent my supplies, 7 boxes of test strips, got a conformation email telling me how much I would get, almost 2 months now and nothing. No response, no check and no supplies. I was ripped off just like everyone else here. I wish I had read some reviews, if your reading this, you are warned, don't do business with this company.

They owe me over $500 and I haven't been paid. They claim they will pay you in 24 hours but it's been over a month and I still haven't received my money. I've filed complaints with the BBB, IL Attorney General, USPS mail fraud, and FBI Internet Crime Compliance Center. Hopefully these scammers are caught and charged!

I sent in my strips last NOVEMBER! Was never paid! I text them every other day and leave voice messages as well. The only reply I ever got from them was an E-mail wanting to know if I had anymore strips to sell! It's deplorable that they would do this to people who are so broke and needing the money for many important things like food and Rx's ................ Karma never sleeps.

I sent in my test strips about 4 wks ago. I have the e-mails from USPS stating where and when the pkg was going, delivered!! I stated "Use my PayPal account " as I was needing the money to feed my family until my disability check came in.
Where is my money???? I should be getting $119.00 back from them. What scum of the earth steal money out of the mouths of children??? I NEED that money to feed them!!! Please put me on class action suit if one forms.

Same story as most, my order submitted Feb 7th 2018, no payment. I don't understand why Facebook does not close their page, why the web service wont shut down their site (i've filed complaints) The Post Office won't close the PO box for fraud, the atty general does nothing, the local police do nothing. Why isn't law enforcement doing their job ? Maybe it's time to go to Chicago and wait by the PO Box..

Was a good company at one point now they suck last month I messaged the owner on facebook he paid me right away fast now I messaged him all day today and he reads them and ignores me what a bunch of crap now I'm out 100$ I won't give up yet bu dont mail your stuff in you may or may not get paid

I guess I will add to the reports of being scammed. Unfortunately, I did not do enough research on this business and trusted them to pay me for the strips I sent them. I can't get any response from anyone and they received my strips so now I am out $240 that they owe me.

It don't make no sense about this company. They get ur stuff and don't want to pay and Miss Harris she gets nasty on the phone to im thinking about taking further steps

These people will not pay they ripped me off 98$ we need to sue these people asap

I've been waiting since 1-29-18 and they keep on saying they looking into it or they ignore me I just don't understand why rip folks for their test strips they owe me $111 which I hope someone starts a lawsuit so we all can come together very soon.

I was a loyal customer for years then all of a sudden it stopped last year. This isn't the first time they have done me wrong, the first time I mailed multiple test strips in November of 2017, received no payment and zero response to my emails, also called and always got message saying voicemail was full. The randomly in February 2018 I received a check, so in June I decided to give them another chance well here it is a month later and no check. I did receive 1 email reply from an Ashley stating they received my package ok but accounting is behind on payments. I have emailed again 2x since and haven't received any replies. Website states checks written daily. They advertise great prices for your items now only if they'd actually pay people what they owe them.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
I SENT FOUR BOXES OF TEST STRIPS IN DECEMBER OF 2017. RECEIPT WAS CONFIRMED BY EMAIL JANUARY 8, 2018 AND PAYMENT ADJUSTED BASED ON ONE BOX HAVING A BENT CORNER. AS OF TODAY, JULY 12, 2018, I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES AND EMAILED. DESPITE THE PROMISE ON THE VOICE MAIL TO "RETURN YOUR CALL AS SOON AS WE CAN", I HAVE HAD NO REPLY FROM THEM WHATSOEVER. HOWEVER, IF YOU GO TO THEIR WEBSITE AND REQUEST A SHIPPING LABEL TO SEND MORE TEST STRIPS TO THEM, THAT REQUEST IS HONORED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.

I sent them 6 boxes of strips plus $20 promo code back in November 2017 I have not received payment they have promise see me numerous times, they are liars theives and a scam!!!! DON'T TRUST THEM!!!!

This is the second time I've used these guys, first time (last summer) went pretty smooth, this time is anything but. My kit was verified received ok by Ashley on 6/20, and today is 7/9 and I still haven't been paid. I even requested the PayPal option as that was their preferred payment method, but still nothing. I'd do business elsewhere honestly unless they get it turned around.

Just filed official BBB complaint against them.

Is anyone doing a class action lawsuit? I sent them 8 boxes of strips undamaged and they still have not paid me. They owe me $300.00 in total. If anyone knows how to get a class action suit started or if there is one how I go about being added I would be glad to do it. I have used this company in the past and it breaks my heart they would treat LOYAL CUSTOMERS this way.

I sent in 6 boxes of undamaged, new Accu Chek Aviva test strips (50 count) at the beginning of June 2018. I still have not received my payment and I have tried contacting the company several times by email and by phone. No answer by phone and emails from the company ask for my tracking info which I've supplied, but get no further response. I will contact BBB about this company and will not use them again!

I have been using cashnow for quite some time. Up until last year their return rate was just as they said. Usually got my cash in about 5 days. Then last year I sent them three boxes of which only one was mine. The other two belonged to other people. I called....and called. And called...leaving messages to no avail. Six months later I received the check. So, silly me figured it was a one time glitch so I again sent another shipment of two boxes. I believe that was two or three months ago. I just received an email from USPS that it had been shipped. It's too bad that a once trusted company has gone awry. Never any explanation. Of any sort. Unfortunately, they have lost my business. As they say hindsight is 20/20. I should have paid attention when they reduced the price of the brand I was sending.
