They don't pay your winnings. I have pending withdrawal of 5000,- and its been over a month. Every time they make up an different excuse. Contant the VIP manager Emily about this but she is not responding anymore. ITS ONE BIG SCAM! I'm going to the authorities with this and hope they shut down this thieves!

Nicht mal ein stern wert 5000 euro steht seit 5 monaten unter auszahlung und nichts bewegt sich mail kriege ich nicht mal eine antwort 7-21 tage wurden gesagt 5 monate vorbei und gar nix leider glaub auch nicht mehr das ich mein geld bekomme :(

I have never experienced a service like this before, they gladly accept deposits and a small withdrawal of £200 takes so far 6 weeks, total scam and how they are allowed to get away with it is beyond belief.
Do not use this platform and sister companies involved as it is 100% a scam.

1 star is still one too many. I didn't even get to the withdrawal process. Yeah I suppose I'm unlucky, it's gambling its to be expected. I've just my closed my account on here. As with all gambling sites I expect to lose but after 4 deposits I was never even in profit a tiny bit the RTP is terrible.
