I would advise everybody to put in a complaint with Curaçao eGaming ("CEG"), I’ve now been waiting two months for my refund and I keep being told we don’t know why it’s not been processed to now just ignoring every email, I’ve not had a response in over a week and I’m awaiting £400 to my account, I didn’t even bet. I signed up and noticed a lot of issues and tried to withdraw wouldn’t let me so I closed account

I just don’t understand what is going on with all these complaints about payouts. I have made 3 withdrawals 3 weeks in a row and got my money in a week. Ok not the 1-2 days they advertise. First £200 2nd £550 and today I got £850 I have spent a lot of money at there casino and maybe they just want to keep me. But I’ve put another withdrawal in today for £811. Maybe they will get fed up with me winning and not pay me. Just don’t know. I can only say what I’ve experienced so far. The £550 I won was with free chips that Sophia (vip manager) gave me. That must have been annoying for them. Who knows next week I might be experiencing what you guys have. I can only give an honest assessment of my experience so far. But I do feel uneasy. Too many people saying same thing about payouts.

Have now been waiting 3 months and 2 weeks for my withdrawal with no satisfactory outcome. Live chat are useful as they have no contact with the finance department, was told today that the finance department can take as long as they like to pay out. Won't hold my breath.

Please whatever you do avoid this casino, min withdrawal amount is 200 and they say that this will take up to a max of 21 days. I waited 2 months and did not receive anything off them, however they are quick enough to reverse the withdrawal for you which I did due to getting fed up and then closed the account. This site is nothing but a scam, ignore any good reviews.

A terrible experience. I made a mistake with a deposit which should be simple and easy to correct. I made contact with one of their advisors. She was utterly useless with very basic monosyllabic replies. I complained via their review process and told them that the deposit I made was my first and absolutely my last. Be wary of this site it looks good but that is where it ends, no customer service. Poor poor and very poor.

Waiting for 2 months for my withdrawal I don’t think they will give your money back at all just be aware of this casino

iv just found out they are not licence with GAMING COMMISION. there site is also not secure,you will not get anything from them trust me. they not suppose to be running in uk

I would give this casino 0 stars but that is not an option! I have been waiting for a withdrawal since 26th March that is still showing as awaiting on my transactions. I have spoken to the UK gambling commission who informed me that Casinowin is not licenced in the UK and should not be accepting UK based customers or advertising in the UK. Stay away from casinowin!

Still waiting for withdrawal to be processed after 4 weeks , just keep saying be patient and now not responding to e-mails. My advice would be to stay well clear of this site! Judging by other reviews it's doubtful you will ever get your winnings! Shame, as otherwise it would be a good site. Still waiting after 3 and a half months, still saying the same thing!! Joke site!

Where can u report fake casino ' s because this is one. I've been waiting now for 7 weeks for a withdraw. Same B##S over and over when chat with them.

Been waiting 2 months for them to process my withdrawal and still waiting. Account fully verified. Just been one excuse after the other.

Be aware of this website on their website said money transfer will be 24-48 hrs but when you won it they will keep holding the money they will say they need to check all paperwork we uploaded to provide identified it will take 7-21 days and might be you will never have that money you won !!!

Fraud alert - deposited money in GBP and they took 17 percent more. Asked for a closure of account and refund and have said they would contact the finance department.. been waiting for over 10 days and constant chasing with no impact. I've raised with their licence operator will see what happens.

STAY WELL CLEAR, took £51 from my bank and never credited a penny to my account and refuse to refund as they say the transaction was void at there end yet the bank say it has 110% been taken

Solely on the VIP account manager this Casinos customer service is far ahead anything I have experienced. Awesome guy and very helpful
