This us a scam casino. It's got the worst ever customer service I've ever encountered in a casino. They're quick enough to give you a 300 percent bonus, but even though I wagered way over it, they didn't take it off of my account. That meant I couldn't withdraw any money. I contacted them various different ways and they either ignored me or on chat left me hanging. I think it's only one person working in chat as he was the only person answering chat. Then he kept leaving me without answering my answering my question. They blocked my account as they said I'd breached the terms and conditions. ( I've no idea how). However they've breached several of theirs by claiming they're a fair casino, saying you can forfeit your bonus etc. I stupidly didn't read the reviews before I joined like I normally do.

Please can anywe be help me with this casino I use to play few times and in1012 around October I won soem money I request widrawal the funds and they haven’t always they were put diferent reasons and I woudl apreciate if anyone can help me with advices any help with recover my money or at least make a complain for thsi scammers who take peoples money , and also the platform doesn’t work also email I try recently to email and isn’t longer active !

DO NOT believe the reviews saying they pay. They DO NOT! Eleven months ago i made a withdrawal. Three times i have had to request it again due to "problems". They do not answer emails and online chat will only tell you to be patient. They say they have no contact details for managers or accounts dept. Seriously do not believe the positive reviews, they do not have a legit license, badge on their site is fake. I complained to Curacao licensing about them and they told me the site was not a registered member so they could not help.

These people are fraudulent do not deposit and do not use the company they do not pay out it is a scam.

Great games, I was able to win a bit and they payed me once. Hope not to have problems but so far so good:)

I read bad reviews and was serviously worried abut getting my winnings. After 21 days I still had not received my money, I contacted my vip manager who was fantastic. my withdrawal was made on Monday 9th of May and in my bank account on Tuesday 10th May. This is a genuine review. I did get my winnings

As stated by many others this site just steals your money, complete fraudsters. In hindsight should've checked reviews before signing up. Initially looks good with games choices etc however you will never receive any money back. Chat service gives usual answers, were doing checks, we can't see why the finance department haven't processed yet, be patient you will hopefully receive your winnings soon. Glad i only deposited £25 to try it out one night. Might seem like a decent casino if you have self excluded elsewhere however do not sign up. You will never receive money from them

Das gibt's doch nicht. Meine Auszahlung müssten die nach 4 Monaten warten abbrechen und ich sollte mich mal neu auszahlen. Jetzt warte ich wieder seit 2 Monaten seit genau 18.02.22 auf 600€. Vorher waren es seit Oktober 400€. Nichts passiert wie bei den anderen Spielern hier auch wie ich gelesen habe. Finger weg von Casinowin.bet!!! Betrug
