They deserve zero stars, and are absolutely a scam. I want to be a part of a nationwide class action lawsuit. I am going to do research and see who else was scammed. I have been trying to cancel for 2 months and there is no place on the website to cancel and they won't let you cancel, so let's do this the right way. A class action lawsuit will make the attorneys millions. I don't care if I don't get back but pennies. This company needs to be shut down.
If you have been scammed, call Newman Ferrara in NYC. I do not work there and have no affiliation, but I cannot leave my email in here so I had to find a class action law firm that might handle this. If we all call, perhaps they will be interested and take the case.

This is a dishonest company. If you order once they sign you up for automatic renewals. I have emailed twice "Please cancel, I do not want this product and did not sign up for renewals". they do not care because they are scamming you will continue to charge you. ALSO this company changes it name about every 4 months. There new name is Celivida In 3 or 4 months the name will change again.

I have been trying to find a way to get in touch with Catanuta to cancel a subscription but to no use. They keep trying to take money from bank account and no way to cancel this. Been trying for the last month .

They charged me for an ongoing order that I never signed up for. I have tried canceling the second order only about 4 hours after I haven not ordered it after I saw all the terrible revies and they indicated that I could only cancel after 1 hour since it was already in the process of being shipped. I told them I did not wan the product and to cancel my order and give me a refund.I received my order shipped from China, despite the company claiming that the product is manufactured in the United States. Their explanation for this inconsistency was unconvincing and did not make logical sense. I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Additionally, they appear to have recently changed their company name, which raises concerns that they may be attempting to distance themselves from negative reviews. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable taking this supplement or trusting this brand. PLEASE do NOT order from this company.

The company has no working website or email to cancel a subscription. The subscription also auto renews which I did not renew!
Get charged to your card then they have disappeared!!How legitimate is this product? They are scamming using the viral CATA-KOR brand!! and they are not a verified reseller!
Now have my bank involved as they have just disappeared and need to get them blocked.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed my order on 12 June. On 2 July, a package arrived with a completely different item, and I emailed them immediately.
To be fair to the time difference, I got a reply on 3 July asking for photos of what I received and another from Sarah at Customer Support:
"Hello,
Thank you for your understanding.
We will look into this matter promptly and keep you informed once we received an update. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance in the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out.
We appreciate your patience and continued support."
I followed up on 9 July for any feedback.
I got a quick response from Mae in Customer Support:
"Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will be escalating this matter to the appropriate team and will get back to you with an update within 2 to 3 business days.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions in the meantime."
DEAD SILENCE
Then on 18 July, I got another email asking for a photo of what I received from Sarah:
"Thank you for reaching out.
I apologize for any inconvenience that may cause you.
To assist you further, could you please send us a picture of the items you received from your most recent order? This will help us verify the contents and ensure we resolve your concern as quickly as possible.
If possible, please include:
A photo of all the items received
A clear image of the packaging, including the shipping label
Thank you for your cooperation — we look forward to resolving this for you."
On 20 July I received a message from Joyce:
"Thank you for your message — I’m so sorry to hear that you received the wrong item. That must’ve been incredibly frustrating, especially after waiting patiently for your order.
I’ve checked and can confirm that your parcel was marked as delivered on July 2, 2025. In some cases, packages can be dropped off at alternate locations nearby, so it might be worth checking with your neighbors or around your property to see if your correct items were delivered separately.
That said, receiving a plastic toy instead of your NAD+ Nicotinamide Riboside is definitely not okay, and I’ll escalate this right away so we can get things rectified for you. Thank you for including the images — they’re really helpful in moving this along.
We’ll be in touch as soon as we have an update. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and I’m here to make sure this gets sorted as quickly as possible."
[SIDENOTE: I was refreshing the delivery page, I was at home when it arrived, and I emailed them the first time, the moment I opened it. So, no, it wasn't a case of it being dropped off at alternate locations nearby, or with my neighbours or around my property. In my country, parcels come straight to the door."]
Then I randomly received a message on 22 July:
"We’ll check into this matter
We sincerely apologize for any trouble that caused you
This has been escalated.
Please rest assured that we are currently looking into this matter and will get back to you as soon as possible with an update. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
If you have any additional information that may assist us, please feel free to share it."
I gave them ALL OF AUGUST TO FIX IT.
Finally, on 8 September I wrote to them:
"I'm following up on the issue with my order.
I understand that you needed to look into it and the matter has been escalated but it's now the second week of September. I placed my order in June.
Please provide an update and a solution - either send the correct product or refund my money."
And it has been silent ever since.
Please don't waste your time with this company.
UPDATE 20 October, 2025:
Replying to company reply - Still not a single peep. You lot are just scammers.

Also, I just recieved the first order that I had placed (and tried toi cancel) over a month ago. I was shipped from China, even though they say the product is made in the US. They had some crazy excuse why the product is shipped from China even though its made in the US. Makes no sense. PLEASE do NOT order from this company! They also recently changed their company name-I think because they are trying to run from all the bad reviews. I would NOT take this supplement after seeing how awful this company is.

Absolutely outrageous company and totally dishonest scammers! I've been ALSO charged a 2nd purchase without signing up to ongoing orders, I actually achieved a response after about 3 VERY upset complaints at info at catanutra
which I've found on the internet only!
At any response they didn't talk about cancelling further orders, just talked about how healthy is their product (ALSO scam fake). Eventually after a week a person responded apologized for confusion and confirmed my "subscription" has been cancelled. I then replied that I want return the second, UNWANTED order (that I've NEVER PLACED ON my OWN!!) and demanded refund Another person responded that once I got the package,, contact them and they'll navigate me to send it back and receive the refund of 58.16 euros. Yes, their 2nd package arrived, I did inform Customer Service, and guess what?? My email (which I indeed sent as a REPLY to Customer Service's previous email!!!) so it bounced back, Mailer Daemon "Failure Notice"!!!! SO, they cut this email or blocked ME, ZERO response, ZERO information on returning the package and of course ZERO REFUND will happen!!! Now I'm blocking my card from October, before they're stealing more of my money but blocking me from contacting them. Not even sure if they're in California as they stating, Rolling Hills California? I'll definitely will contact the local police department because this company has to be dealt with on a legal level, stealing scammers fraudulent unethical criminals gang!!!! Stay away from Cata Nutra!!!
