Catering Packs Reviews 

Scam. Ordered on 25th April. It is now 15th May. Still waiting for a reply to my email. Stay away!

I'm thinking other 5 star reviews are fake.

Shocking - waited for my order , nothing emailed them to be told stock issues order cancelled
Item still showing as available on their web site aswell

Avoid this company like the plague. You place your order, they then cancel it citing ‘out of stock’ (despite the items still being available on the website) then they don’t refund your money. Probably a scam

I ordered six bottles of champagne and parted with £220.42. I had an acknowledgment of the order, then nothing! I tried to call the company, no one answers the phone. Resorted to email, finally got a reply saying they were looking into it! STILL NOTHING! In this day and age where deliveries usually come in a couple of days, this is hopeless.
I’ve asked for a refund, NOTHING!
Appalling customer service and I have no goods and have parted with a lot of money!
Avoid this company at all costs.
ORDER NUMBER 110798 if Catering Packs would care to refund me. I have to go elsewhere so I DO NOT NEED THIS ORDER, it’s too late! Money back please!!!!

A pure indulgence that did not disappoint... I have always wanted to try this and finally crossed off my list! Great pricing and absolutely brilliant.

Every of the steps after you place a order are quite efficient. Well packaged and promptly delivered.

No communication - had to chase only to be told there was a problem with supplier stock and the order has to be cancelled and refunded - now waiting for a refund and have to buy elsewhere. The product is still listed as available to purchase. A wasted 10 days. Poor service and definitely not recommended.

Hello! Unfortunately, I think the Catering Pack service used to disappear, I made a purchase on 13/07 because I needed the product for 21/07 with such a good reputation that I was confident that I would receive the purchase on time. But I still don't have it and I don't know what to do. I sent an email and received an automatic email saying that they have a large number of emails and will send me a response in 3/5 days but I need the merchandise this weekend I cannot wait 3/5 to have a solution.
I'm in a panic, if they have so many sales, Cateringback can hire more staff to work.

It's always easy and quick delivery and packed so well, havn't had any problems at all. I tell people all the time to check catering packs out online.

Misleading listing, terrible price.Just paid £24 for 6 Jacks jumbo rolls .Listing was for 6,6x1pkt.They replied that was including delivery charge,so usual price of £1.29 for one+delivery=£24 SCAM AVOID!!!

Catering packs usually has what no one else stocks they are one of my preferred suppliers fast service/well packaged/ well versed in their field they are my go to when i can not get elsewhere.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM COMPANY.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT WILL NOT SEND YOUR GOODS.
THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAILS.
ABSOLUTE SCUM AND SHOULD BE PROSECUTED.

I was taken in by a very misleading listing. "Huggies® Pure Baby Wipes – 6 Packs (56 Wipes) (Case of 10)", usually £30.08 pounds, on offer for £24.06. Now, this is an amazing price for a case of 10 6-packs, but an utter rip-off for a box of 10 individual packs, which is what I received. Supermarkets regularly have boxes of 12 on offer for 7 pounds!

I've tried to leave a review on the site but it's telling me to log in. I already am logged in. That probably explains why none of the reviews mention the discrepancy.
