I placed an order in April, I received part of the order damaged and the other part I never received. I have called leaving messages and emailed but got no response. It’s now October. Do not trust this company

The delivery was fine and in good time. However, an emailed advice of expected delivery date would have been useful.

Order not delivered, no reply to numerous emails or telephone calls. No refund either 😡

On 9th April I ordered two packs of Lowthers Eccles Cakes. When they were delivered some time later the Courier firm told me they were deklivering a package from a firm called Ocean Wave Mobiles, and as I had not ordered anything from them I rejected the delivery. Some 2 weeks later the same courier firm tried to re-deliver the package from Ocean Wave Mobiles. I rejected the delivery again. If Catering Packs cannot be bothered to tell me who they were using as a courier, it's not surprising that in an age fraught with fake information, scam emails and scam deliveries that i should not wish to accept a package, containing, supposedly, mobile phones.

Today, 26th May and having paid a delivery charge, I received the cakes, delivered by Royal Mail.

The "best before" date of 21st June 2021 suggests these cakes are the original ones which have been in transit since mid June and not necessarily stored correctly during that time. I just hope they freeze well.

So, I'm somewhat disappointed with Catering Packs. When I require any more I'll research an alternative supplier. I will not be taking them up on their discount incentive to make a further purchase.

The order placed on 03/05/2021 was delivered on 19/05/2021, 2 exceptional cases of wine - Hubert Marcel (France).

Services on all levels, from contact with the company to my shopper, Mary, is summed up in one word -EXCELLENT.

First time ordering, found very efficient, confirmation with delivery date, by return Products arrived on time and well packaged, good prices, will be using again

If I could give it no stars I would! Bought a box of petit fours which cost over £30 that came defrosted, squashed, and damaged! This product was frozen and should have been dispatched for next day delivery. Instead it was sent with standard delivery! When I received the parcel I was shocked to see the dispatch date was 5 days before delivery, I mean of course everything would have melted by then and this is no way in line with health and safety guidelines for perishable food! You don’t leave perishables with a courier for 5 days! If you can’t afford free next day delivery then offer customers a paid option for one(there was no option on this), not just send out products for it to rot!
Sent them an email with photos no reply whatsoever. Worst company ever, why are they allowed to trade is beyond me, never again! You’re never going to gain returning customers giving the way you trade!

Brilliant service, my order arrived sooner than expected, great value, great communication around package deployment and tracking (using a combination of both SMS and email). Product exactly as expected, hard to find in retail stores/online therefore very happy to find this supplier at a great price.

Concerned once again that one of the cans was quite badly damaged. However they are the best peaches on the market at the moment. Soft and succulent. Delivery on time with polite courier.
