Quick turnaround and problem resolved quickly.
Placed an order, that was delivered very quickly. A packaging error meant that one part of the order was incorrect. I contacted them and they sorted this out very quickly, with great customer service. I am always a little cynical about internet orders, in case things go wrong, but I would happily used these again....

Cowboy hats for my birthday…
I ordered some cowboy hats from amazon from this company. I loved them when they arrived but I only had 8 when I ordered 12. However Melanie was extremely quick in replying when I brought it up, and sent some more out literally on the same day. Really amazing customer service, and I’m really happy with how quick they replied.

Poor service and still not rectified
Ordered, order cancelled at last minute, refunded a bit later. Still available on cazaar. Emailed to ask if in stock, answer it should be, they are a market place. Re-ordered. They cancelled again 2 days ago (last minute), refund not yet received, apparently out of production but STILL AVAILABLE ON WEBSITE despite my email asking about this. Frustrating, delays to money back, and how many people will still be fooled by advert?
