Faulty costumes
Ordered two costumes for a fancy dress event that we had. First problem was that “if you order before 4 pm on the same day, the product will get dispatched”, I ordered before 4 pm, the order was not dispatched until the following day, so I didn’t receive my costume until the day of the event, cutting it close to time as it arrived at 4:30 pm and the event was at 7. So unfortunately, they do not honour this statement.
Secondly, both of our costumes arrived damaged, stains and marks on both of our costumes which made it look like it was secondhand. It would have been very embarrassing for us to turn up to the event wearing these costumes, so we had to do a last minute run to a fancy dress shop, and then pick up something else that we didn’t even want to wear!
Order if you’re happy with an order that is unsatisfactory!?

Can't fault Cazaar! My order had gone astray somehow after they dispatched it, but after my initial query/complaint, I had a reply within the hour saying they would instigate a full 'resend'. The costume arrived the very next day - cue one very happy little girl with her outfit ready for World Book Day! Now that's what I call 'Customer Service'! Highly recommended - I will certainly be using them again!
Be aware you have to pay to return at your own cost!!!
Well what a shame! I was impressed by the quick delivery BUT the first outfit I ordered was too big so ordered a smaller size. I wanted to return the bigger size but could not as I did not have an account so, I emailed them asking how to return it and the response was just the address, I then found out that you have to pay for the returns yourself. This was not made clear and as this outfit has a hat and large handbag, this will not be cheap!! Be weary!! I do not understand all the good reviews!!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I received the wrong size originally but the customer service reacted very quickly to arrange the replacement, so that I was able to get the costume on time just before the world book day. I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend purchasing your favourite costumes here. More choices and better prices than those you find in supermarkets!

Very good pricing and delivery. Item arrived with some damage although the exterior was fine. As it was an Xmas gift there was a gap between purchase and discovery of the damage. I was concerned that as a marketplace rather than supplier this is where things would go wrong but Cazaar acted as a go between with the supplier and resolved the issue. Would use again.
