Great service

Wrong item received which was quickly and professionally dealt with and rectified by Melanie. Would have no hesitation in using this company again.

I had a problem with a Animatronic santa I had recieved and Melanie went above and beyond to make sure my problem was resolved very fast and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone and don't be put off by negative reviews because they definitely do thier best to try and resolve problems if they are able to.

Allowing a seller (Chahal) to advertise stock they don't have, take payment and immediately cancel the order when failure to deliver is questioned. Refund processed but funds out of my account for a week for nothing. Seller also advertising same none existent stock through another sales site.

Ordered a fancy dress costume on Monday evening, arrived Wednesday afternoon! Can’t say fairer than that! Good price, simple process, would definitely consider using this site again.

A pair of tights was missing with my order.
I contacted the customer service team who immediately rectified the problem. Emma responded quickly and efficiently.

Had an initial problem with my online order. I had received an email with my order confirmation and my credit card had been debited but the purchase was not being processed. Thankfully on calling customer service, Melanie was apologetic and took immediate ownership and action to resolve. As a result the outfits arrived on time. Thanks

I ordered the big worry monster for my daughter who is have a hard time at the moment, they were very quick with the delivery, they made a mistake and sent the wrong order but took accountability and was very quick to resolve the issue, customer service was amazing! Kept in constant contact till the issue was resolved, definitely recommend getting one or more if youre children need to off load any worries!
My daughter absolutely loves it!

First of all, excellent range of choice. Secondly, products delivered in a timely manner, and products in excellent condition. I was extremely satisfied with my order. I also received prompt and courteous service from the staff via email.

Ordered a jimmy saville costume for a total of £27 came today the glasses were broken to pieces one of the lenses was missing none of the pants or jacket came the cigar was poor plastic quality and the chain reeked of copper

I bought two Halloween costumes which both matched the description on the site and had a really quick delivery!!
I also had a quick query with customer service about returns and they got back to me quickly and efficiently.
I would definitely buy from this website again!!

Ordered a child's gangster hat on Amazon but was sent an adult size one in error.
Within the packaging was an information sheet and contact details so I emailed cazaar stating the issue I had.
Very promptly they replied and said they would send the correct size hat to me.
Within a day or two the correct size hat was received and fitted perfectly!
I cannot commend the efficiency and honesty of cazaar and their delivery company enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
If only more companies were more like cazaar the world would be a much better place.

They sent out the wrong order but was very polite in emails and sent out a new costume to be posted within the next day or so highly recommended
