Not great, would not recommend
I ordered 3 suits of the same size, of which only 1 fit properly. The other 2 were ill sized and do nnt fit. Given that these were delivered from India, the service associate was able to provide a US based address at which I could return the 2 suits, but I have no time or patience left.
Another point to note is that after the order is placed, the product seems to disappear from the catalogue so you are unable to view either the details of the suit or of your order.
There is a serious lack of credibility in the quality of items ordered from India and this experience has unfortunately only reinforced that stereotype that people of our origin do not deal fairly with customers

I would give this site zero stars if I could. Abysmal service, and the price is exorbitant. I ordered a pre-stitched saree, and they sent a regular saree. They charged me for pre-stitching. The quality of the saree was also inferior. I would not buy from them again.

False Advertisement 2 Day Delivery on their website
They falsely advertise 2 Day Delivery and it took 6 days for the order to get delivered. In addition they charged me a 2 day delivery fee too and still we didn't get it in time for the wedding. Poor customer service on top of it when I reached out with my grievance. Pathetic professionalism!!

I have been purchasing outfits from CBazaar for about 15 years now. I have had good experiences with them. I usually give them more measurements than they ask for which results in a better fit. The quality of the stitching is great and the pictures are representative of the items received. Their customer service is very responsive which is helpful. They are ready to help you from before purchase to when you wear your outfit. Shipping is fast and items are ready on time. They have great sales and deals for stitching and shipping on larger orders. They are the only place I purchase custom made Indian clothing. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Bad experience …
I ordered 3 outfit and all 3 outfit was different sizes. And there was no such buy 2 and get 3rd free, because you already get charged for the free item in the other 2 items. Same product now is from £80 and I they charged £128. Can you explain how the 3rd was free? Not happy at all. This was my first buy and probably will be the last!
