The actual product is nothing close to what is shown in the image. return policy sucks, customer service sucks. They steal your money and give you only store credit. This website is a scam

Terrible customer service. One dress arrived at least 3 sizes too big with magic marker numbers written on the skirt and the other arrived 3 weeks later than promised. They won’t send a return label and issue a credit. They have a two week return policy even if it’s their fault? Totally unethical. Tried multiple times to return the items for credit.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with your service. I placed an order on 16th October 2024 with the expectation that the items would arrive in time for Diwali. However, today is the 12th of November, and I still have not received my order.

This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I had to cancel several functions that were planned around the arrival of these items. I chose your company expecting timely and reliable service, but unfortunately, that has not been the case.

This experience has left me with no confidence in your company, and I will not consider doing business with you again in the future. It is unacceptable to leave customers waiting without any proper updates or accountability, especially when there is so much at stake during a festive season like Diwali.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.

Incorrect order with cheaper item was shipped. No one picks up the phone on a US phone line. No explanation or apologies are given for the incorrect order.
Update-1: After providing details on the wrong order, Cbazaar has agreed to ship the correct item and apologized for the error. The incorrect item is returned and they said they will reimburse me the shipping costs.
Update-2 (Nov.18,2024): I finally received the correct item and they also refunded me the shipping costs for the incorrect item. Although, I had paid for custom stitching for my dress but the dress is not stitched to my specifications and is too loose.

We ordered some stuff from cbazaar in September 2024 for a family occasion. The parcel reached Australia on 3rd October but they gave incorrect address to their courier, Aramex here in Australia.
Since then we have been chasing them and their courier but didn't get our parcel. They have no control over their courier and they won't get any updates. It's been more than 15 days now and we are still chasing them. Everytime we get the same update from Cbazaar that you will get your parcel in 2-3 days or we will update you soon.
Our family function is over and we are still waiting for our parcel.
They are cheaters and will not help you once they got their money.
If I could, I wouldn’t even give them one star. Stay away from these people. There are other online shops better than cbazaar like utsav fashion and mirraw

Outfits were as pictured online. Fitting was good. Quality of outfits were very good for the price you pay. Will definitely order from them again

Really great experience. The dress is beautiful, fits perfectly, and arrived (in the UK) sooner than expected.

Today I received my order and I am disgusted. First, the horrific odor and dampness of the item cannot adequately be described in words. Let’s just say it is disgusting. Second, the item was either USED or USED AND RETURNED. There is what looks like a coffee stain on the cuff and a random red spot on the dress part. Third, seams are frayed and uneven with threads coming out everywhere. Some seams don’t even match, see pictures. Fourth, the waistband in the skirt has the lining pulled away or worn, see pictures. I paid for a NEW, unworn, unstained item. $110. This is my second attempt to purchase an item like this from an overseas company with disasterous results. NEVER AGAIN. How are these companies allowed to ship this garbage to Americans and expect us to pay for return shipping? The item I received would not even pass Goodwill thrift store requirements for donations. I cannot get the awful smell out of my nose. Do not buy from this company.

What a horrible experience.

Excellent customer service, fast delivery, 2nd time i bought and got the product very first.

Be aware when ordering that the "made to measure" options offered by this site are deceptive.

After placing my order, I was informed that my customization options were not available and that the only way they could make the choli longer was to add "similar fabric". Even then, they could only lengthen the choli 1" as opposed to the 9" I requested. I opted to keep the lehenga "as pictured" as I was not sure what the "similar fabric" would look like.

Adding further insult to injury, the choli I received was a full 3" shorter than pictured (I received a 12" choli, when the website specifies a 15" choli, and I originally requested a 24" choli).

The only remedy they offered me was for me to PAY for shipping to return the item and then order a COMPLETELY NEW product and hope it arrives in time for the event this was originally ordered for.

I'm writing this review not for the quality of the items in my order but because of my experience. I paid for expedited delivery for two items for a wedding and while my sister's item arrived on time, mine was severely delayed. Customer service held my item due to quality concerns but never informed me, so I couldn't make other arrangements. I had to follow-up because I kept checking for the tracking and when it finally came in, it was clear that the item wouldn't arrive on time. When I requested a refund, they said I had to wait for the item to be delivered to begin the refund process. After they "approved" my refund request, they only sent me a packing slip and then said I had to pay for the international return and would only receive store credit. This is unacceptable since I likely won't shop with this company again. Why should I bear the return costs and accept store credit for their mistake?

Amazing company. I really needed my dress by a certain date and they made sure to have my order to me in time. Can’t thank them enough for the wonderful customer service.

Team was very responsive & kept their commitment on delivery date. Truly a customer focused company - hard to find these days!

It was my first time buying from Cbazaar, I'm in the US and the whole Cbazaar team was the nicest and most understanding when it came to help me out with a return, shipping, sizing and etc. Truly loved the extensive options for every event and needs, plus the clothes looks exactly as in their website.

Would have given ZERO stars, ordered Linga provided all measurements as requested. Bodice was made 31/4 inches too big in bust, side zipper does not work. Bodice dose not look like picture.Skirts waistband is not stitched to skirt, zipper does not work keeps getting caught in overlay lace, hook & eye was not sewn on. I wax told Cbazaar would pay alteration fees BUT BUT BUT the 2 pieces would have had to be deconstructed creating a great chance that the lace overlay would be unusable! After a series of emails & photos a return was finally accepted BUT I have to pay shipping back to India after I already paid the shipping cost to the USA.. If item was not made so bad I would not be forced to send back ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DONT BUY FROM CBZAR

Biggest scam! I ordered an outfit for a wedding I’m going to three weeks ago. I was told that it would arrive the day after I fly out for it. I emailed them immediately asking to have it expedited and they said they would. They didn’t even ship it out until 2 days before. Not only did it not arrive in time it arrived over 2 weeks after originally promised. They never followed back up after multiple emails and phone calls. Save your money and go somewhere else. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with!

Edit: So to give the company credit they did give me a refund after 3 emails and four phone calls later. Now they are constantly calling me to try to remove this review. If they were this proactive before I would have not felt the need to leave this review.
