Very poor, won a new hoodie on live stream then had order cancelled due to "no stock". How is that possible when I won the hoodie as advertised on live stream. More like they didnt like price it sold for so have cancelled order. Very poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Give them the chance they will rip you off, not the people you think they are. Beware!. No integrity, no morals just blindly greedy with no care to customers.

I had gotten a bape bag from them on whatnot and the bag was a fake the stitching was rubbish the protective bag the bape face was to dark the bag has no wash tag and over all it feels very shit In general. I will recommend you never go near this company spend your hard own money on a product

Bought 3 oz of silver from cbstores on whatnot on the 18th October. I paid over the odds but it was for investment so didnt mind to much.
I requested a refund on one of these as I bid in error, which was promptly declined. I then messaged on Tuesday to ask when they were shipping as status hadn't been updated. Was told they would ship it out that day. fast forward till today Friday 24th October they still haven't even shipped the item. They do not respond to messages. a quick search of on trust pilot soon highlighted that this seems common practice with them. I'd avoid at all costs or by your items in person. -5 stars

Well the cracks are certainly appearing with this company, their videos on social media always seem fair, then I watched them on whatnot. Selling ipad 2 mini for over 100 pounds, ebay prices 30 to 65 in general. Mentioned it and instantly banned. So they use the social media to come across good when in reality they are con merchants.they even had the nerve to say 120 + was bad for them.disgraceful. my advise is go to ebay you will get everything they've got cheaper

Very nice lady I spoke to just a shame about the communication try to call back and no answer the phones come on guys you can do better but a part from that got what I paid for keep up the good work you do on YouTube and look after your phone line that you’re bread and butter

Falmouth is one of my favourite places to visit and i always have to stop at CB stores to see what they have. Today i picked out some jewellery and thankyou Larry for my swarovski pug. Highly recommend this store. The staff are all amazing and the stock is always 10/10

Sold me a cheap fake belt, I really do not know how they have the nerve to send such rubbish to someone, absolutely disgusting. Trading standards need to pay this company a visit. Greed has taken over by the people that run this business. AVOID at all costs.

Ordered a jade and 14ct gold bracelet for my girlfriends birthday, it arrived broken and after contacting them 12 different ways am still unable to get a reply. Joke. Very bad experience and ruined my girlfriends birthday.

Ordered a ring from them on the 4th September with delivery in 3 to 5 days, and received an email confirmation and payment receipt. After two weeks I chased the order with no reply and now over a month later and several more enquires I have received no replies or the item I paid for.

I get it that they are busy, but it should not take months to reply to enquiries or dispatch an item that has been paid for. Appalling customer service unfortunately. Whilst i will perceiver and a reply may eventually come and resolve the issue, i may have to consider other options to try and recover the money paid.

Absolutely a waste of time. Don’t use these guys.
I tried to buy a man’s silver chain on the website. They took the money and sent me a £20 women’s necklace nothing like the £130 item I paid for.
After several emails sent with nothing in response. I eventually got someone on the phone who assured me it was their fault as they had stored two items with the same ref number.
Said they would send an envelope to return the unwanted item. Never happened.
Tried calling and emailing them several more times.
No response.
Absolute con men.
Do not buy anything from these guys.

Avoid like the plague happy to take your money but impossible to get help when issues arise.

I am happy to use companies to buy and sell who may not be cheapest or pay the most money but give good service.

Service at the pop up was good so happy to sell to them.

Bought a pair of sneakers or whatnot sent the wrong size ok mistakes happen CBE refused cancellation which is a clear breach of distance selling legislation.

Whatnot accepted the return and sent label to send item back. Sent item back and received the same item from whatnot ie upon receipt they just sent it back to me.

Won’t ever use CBE again in any form as they clearly have no concept of customer service.

Bought gold and they cancelled the order
I bought gold on Monday morning (gold spot price was £2735 per oz)
I get a message on Wednesday morning that my order has to be cancelled becasue the item I ordered was "out of stock" due to a website stocking issue.
How convenient considering gold spot price has increased by £65 per oz in 2 days.
Avoid this company, they are only out to squeeze as much money as possible from their customers.
I can almost guarantee the item I ordered will be listed back in stock in a few days time at a higher price.
