Other half ordered me a chain,

She mistakenly ordered the wrong size,

She’s contacted customer support 3 times and heard nothing,

Wouldn’t use these again.

Dogshit Customer service + they make it difficult to even find the forms

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The lack of customer service is shocking — they have not responded to me at all despite multiple attempts to reach out.
Customer care is clearly not a priority for them.
Because of this experience, I will not be buying from them again

Issac and the team have always looked after me every time I visit the shop. From buying and selling they’re always on point with price and even manage to source deadstock items. Outstanding customer service and great people at CBE

If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d choose. This company has proven to be completely unreliable and a waste of time.

Have spent quite a lot with these people and probably 80% of the time there’s been a problem they either don’t send it out they cancel what you’ve ordered and say they’ve already sold it or when you win a giveaway, they send you something completely different to what they say the customer service is absolutely terrible in one occasion waited about three months for something to be resolved very rude customer service and incapable of dealing with people in the right manner they constantly lie on all their live shows, especially on Whatnot not about the price of stuff and again just con people!!! After the last thing I purchased half of it didn’t turn up and again something I won in a giveaway was meant to be at least £100 a 1 g bit of silver that’s worth about two quid turned up they constantly rip people off with silver as well. It’s beyond a joke the lies they come out with and their customer service is the worse and also if you try and make a complaint or erase it, they just block you !!

Sold a bunch of stuff 5 days ago and still haven’t received the funds!

I bought 2 trainers off of their whatnot sale- one I loved, one I didn’t love as much. They processed the refund for me, chased up whatnot to get my refund done before I go away. Overall, went above and beyond. It was truly the best customer service from a lady called Lou. The trainers i kept were also in great condition, and the price was very reasonable. Great customer service, great overall experience.

Sorted out my kids a deal on REAL Labubu’s they are absolutely over the moon!

Down on holiday my boys have wanting to go down all winter finally got there. The whole team were brilliant and patient with the young ones got some photos and some bargains silver coins and chains highly recommend them

Dreadful customer service I’ve had 3 pairs of trainers for 4 months waiting to be appraised to sell to them and heard nothing . They don’t answer their emails and phones .

I came in the store in Falmouth with my son while we were on holiday and asked if they had any denim tear pink shorts, i got told they had a size medium that they will do on whatnot the following Friday so on Friday I went on the live and the same man I met in store says they are medium on the live but when they arrive there size XL, not Medium and they dont fit my son at all, so i raise a case with whatnot and they said “Our policy covers situations where an item is incorrect, damaged, or not as described” and apparently its a sizing issue but the item was clearly not sent as described

Special thanks to Lou who assisted me. Previously customer support had been a right hassle. Now it’s 10x better. Will definitely continue to purchase from the team. Thanks!

They claim to sell stuff at the best prices yet I bought a few silver chains off them on whatnot and they claim that they are worth £60 and selling them for £20-30 but they all weighed under 2g and one came with a bent belcher link. Honestly I wouldn't buy off these guys again. @bestir on whatnot if you want goods for reasonable prices.
I downloaded whatnot because of cbestores and everything I bought was overpriced but promised it was cheap price. My advice for anyone is use @bestir on whatnot instead. He also cares about his customers unlike these plebs
