I spoke to Dan in technical, he was very helpful, professional and polite the problem I had was all sorted👍🏻

Dan was a massive help in getting my CCTV back up and running, no fault of the CCTV just user error! Dan even stayed later than his planned shift in order to make sure it was sorted to save me waiting until the next day. Thank you again so much, always a 5 start service!

Great tech back up , always pleasant to talk to and on an engineer level , not like a tech guy who talks to you like you have just landed from another planet ,use tech guys when quoting IP. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Adam who could not of been more helpful considering I was not an existing customer. His help and knowledge enabled me to reset a system which had gone slightly off course. Will definitely use in the future

I've used the support function at CCTV Direct a few times over the years. The first thing to note is how fast you get to talk to them! No referral to hard to navigate website or chatbot. SOOOO REFRESHING!

Each time I've got through to technical support, they've been great and sorted out the issues within minutes. Now that's impressive.

I have to add issues have been caused by change of router or move from copper to fibre broadband or mobile.

Their equipment is extremely reliable having had it for about 7 years now. If I could give six stars out of five, I would but Trustpilot won't let me!

I whole heartedly recommend CCTV Direct and will be upgrading with them in the near future.

Had the need to deal with a few of the team over the years, today I dealt with Lamont, as with all the team its just so easy to get through no long queues and the team know their stuff.
