Had an issue with my cameras and not working. I called the help line and they went through everything on the phone with me. I am not very tech savvy but they made it idiotic proof, all cameras are working now. They even showed me to set the images in order . Can not fault excellent service start to finish.

Customer service was amazing, speedy response, problem solved within 30 min of raising my support ticket.

I have never known service like this EXCEPTIONAL is an understatement!!! I acquired an commercial installation I was able to sort the NVR by myself but because the cameras had an unknown password DAN spent all afternoon sorting this problem remotely.. DAN is top of my XMAS list ! Bravo CCTV direct your staff are a life saver

Had some problems with network connection for a Ptz joystick, and Lamount helped fix it. Best tech service support. 100% recommend.

Lamont went above and beyond, liasing with the product manufacturer to resolve the issue.

I suggest checking the site you are looking at as there is another online company with an almost identical name.

Yet again CCTV Direct Tech Support has exceeded expectations. Lamont has remotely resolved a customers commercial system which was failing to connect after they interfered with their router. No drama, no hastle, all up and running again with no fuss
