He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient, quickly diagnosing the issue and getting everything back up and running. I couldnt get my head around a particular issue with the way a system was set up at a customers house.
Well i know a guy who could, Spoke to Lamont based in Leeds, not the first time ive spoken to Lamont, He was able to remote connect with the system and sort it out in no time at all.
This guy is like an Oricle, no idea how he does it, but im glad he does.

Purchased an Ajax alarm system along with extras from CCTV Direct recently, the web site is easy to navigate plus there are links in the products to the specifications and other details. Prices are very competitive and delivery was made by DPD in less than 24 hours which was pretty quick. They also have a technical helpline that I did use which for me is a bonus, not least considering their pricing is so good - check out the coupon sites though as they seem to have discount vouchers available quite frequently. Yes I do recommend them, they're both fair and friendly.

Daniel is a star very helpful and spends time setting up on line and explains how to use the dvr.

I purchased a number of cameras and a NVR. After having an issue with accessing the NVR, I called the technical help desk. Daniel sorted this out in 5 minutes. Great technical support, very helpful staff.
