Not bad! The statement of receipt arrived a day before the delivery, but both were quick. I'm looking forward to fitting the Avarez bound nylon strings; it'll be a new experience, playing with six bound strings.

Over and above
Cecere's went over and above what they needed to fulfill my online order. When the were unable to supply the speaker I ordered they did me a great deal on a higher spec but equivalent speaker. Really good service that is really appreciated.

Great service
My online order was very small, just $32 for some Rode lav mike replacement windsocks. I hadn't heard anything back for a month so I emailed the Sales Department to see if all was okay. They replied very quickly by phone and explained there had been a supply issue from Rode and were following it up for me. They kept me informed by phone and email and my genuine Rode windsocks arrived today. I was pretty impressed, my very small $32 transaction was treated with the same importance as if I had ordered a top line Fender guitar. Great service.

I had some initial misgivings about…
I had some initial misgivings about delivery options, once I spoke to real person,
who explained to me what's happening I was mildly surprised that delivery occured super fast even though I live in Vic.
I am impressed and will certainly make next purchase through Cecere's Music.
