Excellent service

Excellent service, my paint only took a few days to arrive. Great colour match and opacity and a nice product to use, went on smoothly and dried well. I would definitely recommend to others.

Great service

Easy ordering. Great delivery time. I had a query and emailed the customer service dept a couple of times. They were very helpful, responded very quickly and gave good advice. Well done

Would not refund after their mistake

I ordered paint for respraying my bumper after a bash. I used their "enter your registration" system so I could get the correct match for my car so didn't have to worry about it being incorrect. Unfortunately the paint I received was indeed wrong and no where close to matching the existing paintwork.

I emailed to tell them the paint was the wrong colour and since I was now behind schedule I'd just like a refund for the wrong paint being sent and was told I would not get a refund!! due to it being specifically made for my order.
Regardless if it was made for the order or not it was still very much the wrong colour!

Emails back and forth may of been of a nice nature but the lack of human decency to realise you've made a mistake, you've given a customer the wrong paint and refusing to give them a refund is disgusting!

Update as of 13/01/25. I have been offered a refund for the above. Have updated the star rating from 1 to 3 as I still feel this should of been a very simple refund when the mistake was found

As a complete newby to paint

As a complete newby to paint, visited Central Paints for guidance and purchase. Absolutely excellent, know there stuff and gave me enough time to look at colours and options. This is definitely the place to get your spray paint!!! Thank you to Central paints for being so helpful👍

Speedy service and quick no cost…

Speedy service and quick no cost delivery, unfortunately the colour match was way way off.
I had to buy from my local auto paint supplier, shame I wanted to give Central a go because of it's excellent reviews.
