Our experience with Central Telecoms has been nothing but pleasurable.
There were some teething problems that were to be expected with a full migration over to a new VOIP based system but through a hands-on approach to customer service and reliable check-ins from Matt, we're now in a place where the system runs with issues few and far between.
Rest assured their technical team is prompt in their reply, I can not recall a single time we have been put on hold to wait for technical support, less than a minute and you're talking with someone who can help.
Matt had gone above and beyond to answer all our questions and modernise our workflow. Central has facilitated our many requests and worked through almost all of the curly ones we threw at them.
Regardless of a few minor details that need to be ironed out with fully integrating the system, we couldn't recommend a better business to work with than Central.

A few years ago and for some time, we had been having trouble with our phone provider for a number of reasons... phones would cut out in conversation, no after hours service (weekends etc) and to the point that I called for a quote on a new system that never arrived after almost 6 months of following up.
A little over 12 months ago now, Central Telecoms came through the door just to introduce themselves and tell me a bit about what they do. I thought that this was an opportunity to step away from the major player and have a look at what else is in the market. Our consultant (John) was (and is) very professional and passionate about the types of phone systems that they have available. He met his timelines as quoted and was on hand to help us through every step of the way. Nothing was a problem for him or the Help Desk Team. Today, we don't offten need to call him, mainly because he call on us as he comes through town to see if there is anything we need or help with. He is a real credit to the company and I would have no hesitation in recommending Central Telecoms to anyone. Our experience with Central Telecoms is great! Keep up the good work and thank-you for caring about our business the way we do.
