Until now nothing has happened to my order. This is the worst online shopping I have ever ordered and no one is updating what happened to my order. I ordered on August 21, it says August 23. I will receive it until now. There is no change in the status of my order.

I bought this pair of white shoes online. One of the pair is off white (looks old). What a bad experience. Its not that expensive and Im not planning to return for a refund. Its just a hassle. But im expecting honesty and professionalism on such a big company. Shame

I even posted this review in their official website but till now it is still pending. What a joke for a company. Do not buy online items in this store they will rip you.

Very worst online service. I would post this in your other social media pages as well. We have ordered one toy through your online portal on 31st and got confirmation that the product will be delivered at Oasis Mall sharjah outlet. When called customer care they were just making us bluff saying it will come today (01.08.26 ) and nothing happened.
Today when we called again same sentence. Not even ready to cancel the order and giving a proper reply regarding the delivery

This is really cheating. We wanted the product today evening for gifting it.

Worst staff.,I ask for a 1 month pass and he replied but when the time comes he let me seat a a while and when he called and he said that they are not accepting card which is supposed to be that he will tell in the first place and not keeping me waiting and yet I'm running out of time cause the bus is already 3 mins beyond and yet he tell me to go to the other metro ticketing area and yet it's far from the area something like 5-7minutes .,very worst .

I ordered shoes online and paid in cash; however, they sent the wrong size. It took them a few days to collect the item, and worse, they did not return my money instead, they gave me a voucher. But with experience i had, i dont want to buy again from their online store. I lost my money..

I ordered online 5th July, it’s 22 July and I’m still waiting. I’ve called and email but no support whatsoever. No option of reversing my money and no response. Never ordering online, worst service ever.

I had placed order ,cotton as per website, but the package received polyester. Then returned. Replaced another item order. Received with missing item. Try to sort the issue many time, their chatbot useless and agents

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order on May 30 for my son’s birthday gifts, but as of today, I still have not received it. Customer service keeps telling me the order is in the warehouse but cannot provide a delivery date. My son’s birthday is in 2 days, and I am left without the gifts I ordered in advance. To make matters worse, I was told I cannot get a refund. Poor customer service and lack of communication. I would not recommend this company.

Cancelled online order after 4 days of waiting and 3 times follow-up with the hotline. really poor communication and weak system.

Worst experience shopping online in centerpoint very poor customer service they have disappointed very much after soo many calls and chats they dint refund my amount big no to purchase online on centerpoint 🙁😞

Worst experience ever in my online shopping career , They eat peoples money and deliver half items even though customer service don’t respond even through call or mail just apologize again and again but nt even resolving the issue that actually happened.I ordered 3 perfume cost 330 but they deliver just one packed in a big box when i send them proof with photo and box, even the mail that my one item has been shipped where the rest of 2 items but they just apology for a week

I had very bad experience with the online service of central point. I bought a dress that was on 30 percent sale it came very tight like xs not S my usual size. I tried to return it next day in the shop. They refuse to take it as they are not having the same. Then after fighting with coustmer service they agree to issue a return ticket with home pick up. Till now after one week no one contact me for the pick up I called 3 times and only talk no action. I need my money back ,returning unfitted dress should take such an effort , time and hassle. Never again with these people

Worst delivery service, i have ordered an item and it says Arriving on 8th April 2026, But today is 11th April 2026, Still there is no any updates on deliverym Very disappointment

I placed an online order with them for 511 dirham. And they haven't delivered it even after due date.
There customer care chat and telephone executive aren't able to track the order.
I have to travel to my home country for few days and I may not get order before that.
Other reviews mention that it is difficult to get refunds as well.
I feel Noon and Amazon are more reliable.

Slow site. And when the order came to me. It was be incomplete. And they refused to return this order

Very bad experience in their delivery. No update and just kept me waiting. Their delivery service is the worst ever experience i’ve had encountered. Now when you call centerpoint to complain as the courier company does not answer my calls and complaints, centerpoint will just say they will raise a complaint or follow it up but nothing changed. Very bad

Online shopping is horrible with them. I got a coupon for my first time shopping and it did not work . I raised at technical ticket they sent me one email and stopped responding and the issue was not resolved at all
