No contact from customer service – they have no interest in helping.
They claim my package has been delivered, but I still haven't received my order.
They promised next-day delivery, but it's now been 14 days since I placed my order.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the delayed delivery of my order and the poor customer service I received. My order was scheduled to arrive today, but despite multiple follow-ups with customer care executives, it has not been delivered.

Throughout the day, I was assured that my order would arrive by midnight. However, when I contacted customer care again before midnight, I was told that the issue would be checked and my order would arrive tomorrow.

The worst app ever! I purchased an item that I needed for an event only because it said next day delivery. I even opted for the store pick up because I didn't want any delays with the delivery company. I called twice and no one could tell me where my order was. Then I receive an SMS an midnight telling me the order is ready for collection. I ask if I can keep the order and still get my refund as some kind of compensation and the call centre says no, we don't offer any compensation for service issue. This was only one affordable item, not a selection of items, and still nothing can be done to assist me or offer some kind of apology. Not the first time I've experienced this service from Centrepoint. Delete the app if you have it, not worth the trouble.

Worst online experience for such a reputable company.
I've ordered travel cases online that came with 3 year warranty. When inwas packing 1 broke. I called immediately and was asked to send email with pics. I did and then they requested videos. I asked whats the difference and they never replied till weeks later saying that they will send someone to me for me to give my address. At this time I responded that i was already on my 1 months holiday and gave my address of my holiday home. 1 month since, I haven't had a response yet and now I'm back in Dubai.
Not to mention the delay in responses from them since my complaint.

One of the worst online order experience from Centrepoint.I ordered pouch on 21st February to khafji but until today 10th march the item not delivered to me. Also I contacted their customer care more than 10 times and they didn’t solve the issue.

@CentrepointME Worst Service.. after so many complaints for wrong order and after picking up they are not responding and the closing all complaint related to it without any resolution or confirmation. Worst untrained or illiterate staff.

They sent me expired face cream first and then they refund amount as shukran points. I ordered for facial scrub and what i got is a cream

Good experience n products very costable.

I purchase s benetton sling bag using my debit card, by its material look, I thought dubable, unfortunately, stitch quality is cheap for a cost of AED279 only used once the strap was removed.
I returned to store after only 5 days and refund will be 4-15 days while debit card is good as cash.

Extremely Disappointing Service from CenterPoint

I placed an order with CenterPoint two days ago, and the delivery experience has been absolutely unacceptable. They initially promised to deliver yesterday but failed to do so without any notification or update. I had to follow up myself, only to be told that it would be delivered today.

However, after waiting the entire day, I just received another message stating that delivery will not happen today either. This kind of poor communication and lack of reliability is completely unprofessional. If you cannot deliver on time, at the very least, have the courtesy to inform your customers in advance!

This experience has left me frustrated and extremely dissatisfied. I expected much better from a brand like CenterPoint. I will seriously reconsider ordering from here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others unless they drastically improve their service.

This review is for the center point branch in Riyadh Gallery Mall.
I have never come across such a poor customer service infact it might not be wrong to say that such kind of sales person should be immediately fired.
Two weeks ago I visited center point shoe section and was trying out different shoes to check my size and comfort. Every customer picks 2 or 3 pairs of shoes to try and selects one. I also chose a shoe ND asked the sales girl to bring me a new pair of that shoe. The sales girl first looked at the shoes that I tried, asked me did u take these out? And without any hesitation ordered me to put them back. I said it's your job to do it. ( I was pretty angry at this point) She said bluntly that " I won't give you the shoes you have asked for until you put all of these back to their places". For a moment I was in a shock, then I said I will complain to the manager, she proudly said ok, go ahead as if she didn't care.
I made a complaint to the manager, he apologized on her behalf but I don't think she got any penalty.

If I visit this branch of center point and I still see that sales girl in the shoe area, I am never going back there again.

Centerpoint should take action on this kind of attitude and customer service otherwise they will loose their business. Why do you hire people who don't want to work at all. They just need the money without doing their jobs. Watch out everyone for this kind of customer care. Plz write reviews so they don't get encouraged.

Centrepoint’s online service is simply abysmal. I asked a very simple question on online chat on if I opened a car seat box and tried it in my car and did it fit, could I return it. The call centre/online chat rep couldn’t answer this simple question and pretended to have ‘raised a ticket’ to answer my query and said they couldn’t give me a ticket number until they closed the chat. Of course the ticket never came and no one ever contacted me to clarify my very simple query.

Their deliveries always arrive late. The second-rate delivery companies always give terribly lame excuses why things aren’t delivered on time like ‘your road was blocked’. I’ve lived in the same place for 5 years and the road has never been blocked once.

How companies like this manage to stay in business in the current market competition and haven’t gone bankrupt is beyond me.

To the Area Manager of Centrepoint UAE:
I have had the worst customer service in Dubai Festival City branch. I bought a school trolley bag for my daughter, 3 weeks later it was torn and ruined and I bought because sales people told me it has guarantee and the quality is v. good so I went bag with the trolley bag and the branch manager Dashmeet told me this wear and tear!! So we can’t fix or return. How come wear and tear after 3 weeks, is the bag made of paper??! First of all he kept saying I want to help you but I can’t do anything - a sentence you often hear when no one really wants to help. He took photos of the bag and said I will check with the team & will call me back and he NEVER called back. It was not logic to me what is he going to check with his team and it felt like he wants to get rid of the complaint. So the school bag quality sold to me is the worst and additionally handled by worst customer service. Now I bought another bag because the branch didn’t act responsibly and according tp the guarantee. Bad management!

One of the worst online shopping experiences shame

Well to be honest, I always ordered online items, due to price affordable and has discount codes. In my first, second, third etc… ordered was smoothly delivered. But lately school approaching and I need to order some school supplies for kids. I clearly ordered a backpack in a discounted price plus additional shukran pay! After the backpack delivered to me within an hour has wrong color. I don’t know what happenings if they got mistaken or intentionally. My daughter doesn’t like the color of that backpack and decided to go to the shops personally for exchange. During the approach to one of the stuff i thought it’s everything was okay. I sat down and go to the line. When I was at the counter, the cashier told me that the backpack has additional price! I told him that how come? It is clearly written in the tag price same as I bought online? Still he is debating that I need to add price. Then that time I already feel nervous. I said, how it possible? During the time I ordered the price clearly has discounted and besides, that order is mistaken by the shops, all I need is to exchange the wrong items was sent to me and take the exact item! Then after talking much they agree to give me the order. What a waste of time and energy just to exchange an item. Really bad experience.

They do not have proper policy for return. I ordered a speaker on 7/28 and got delivered on 7/31. I changed my mind and I was wanted to return this electronic that i bought in original packaging. But still in the app it shows order is processing. This is the worst app. When i called customer service they told they are looking into it but it’s been more than a week. This company is an utter scam. They mentioned on website they accept returns within 14 days if products are produced in original condition but customer service is saying on email that they cannot. Please do not purchase anything from their website. Its so bad and customer service is worst.

I have never encountered such appalling customer service in my life. The representatives were not only rude and dismissive but also completely unhelpful. Despite numerous attempts to resolve my issue, I was met with incompetence and a total lack of concern. It was clear that the staff had no interest in actually assisting me, and I was left feeling frustrated and ignored. This company clearly does not value its customers and this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
