Sufyaan and the rest of the staff at Liberty Place are always so helpful ! I’ve lived here for a couple of years now and I’ve always been able to rely on the concierge staff.
I raised two tickets with Centrick portal back in November 2025, asking for a simple breakdown of my service charges and the documents I’m legally entitled to. Months later, I’m still waiting. They haven’t resolved anything, haven’t provided the breakdown, and haven’t sent the certificates I requested.
Instead of doing their job, they keep sending me pointless “overdue balance” emails — even though the account is clearly in dispute and they haven’t fixed their own mistakes. It’s unbelievable that a company can operate with this level of confusion and still expect people to pay without question.
My biggest issue is the YE 2022 charge, which they keep getting wrong. I moved in on 10 November 2021, and my solicitor already paid for the exact 142 days I was liable for. Yet Centrick somehow keeps trying to charge me for a full year. How many times do I need to explain the same thing before someone actually reads the information?
I’m honestly exhausted dealing with this. Every interaction feels like talking to a wall. If Centrick spent half as much effort fixing their own errors as they do sending automated reminders, none of this would be happening.
Hussain Haider consistently responds promptly to queries and resolves them efficiently. I greatly appreciate this reliability.
I had a really positive experience with both Haider Hussain and Callum Bryan. They were friendly, professional, and quick to respond to my queries. It was clear they genuinely cared about resolving my issue, showed real empathy, and provided a great customer experience throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service to others. (Perm)

Even though it wasn't Ben I had been talking to previously about the matter, he contacted those who I had been in conversation with and went beyond that by telling me to keeping in check with him to make sure everything goes okay and that it is resolved, which is beyond helpful and just so kind.
Although the matter wasn't resolved today, Ben was beyond kind and professional and seemed really passionate about helping me get my request sorted.
Hopefully it gets resolved and if it does I've got Ben to thank :)

What can I say about Centrick... I purchased a flat in a building managed by Centrick a little over 2 years ago in November '23. Ever since has been a constant battle with pricey management fees that somehow never cover everything.
At first, it took several months for Centrick to invoice me for my service fee, meaning I was already behind. I promptly paid up and continued to pay regularly for the following months.
Around ten months later they started sending threatening letters chasing an invoice of nearly £1k... it turns out they had neglected to mention, and invoice, a second management fee for the upkeep of the village. I was under the impression the payments I was making was covering all.
I tried for months to call and email to dispute this as i felt it was unfair that i was now in debt for an error of theirs. I ended up paying half out of savings, and getting a loan to cover the other half.
This in addition to be told that if I wanted to pay monthly rather than quarterly I would have to phone up at the beginning of every payment run. Surely this is something that can be set up fairly easy.
Fast forward around 7 months and I have had another bill for nearly £300 for under collection in 2023. It beggars belief that it has taken them 28 months to work out what they needed to collect... I had arranged an apportionment clause with the vendor when purchasing the flat to cover this eventuality, but that has now expired and so i will have to pay for a period when I didn't even own the property. Again, I have emailed and called but have been ignored and sent to voicemail.. I doubt I will ever get a call back on past experience. I'm also sure they won't like the suggestion that I pay off this invoice over the course of 28 months... It's okay for them to be financially incompetent, but I have to pay large invoices in 7 days, otherwise they'll slap on arbitrary admin fees. Just absolute crooks
I'm sure they're about to whack the fee up for 2026 too, despite cutting their staffing costs on the estate by slicing the hours of the on site security.
All this for the gate to be broken to allow my bike to be stolen, and the CCTV to be off so I couldn't see who it was?
