Centrick Reviews 

Centrick building and estate management have delivered a consistently poor service. They have repeatedly shown a lack of regard for residents and a poor grasp of property owners rights and contractual obligations. They have repeatedly failed to respond to emails and formal complaints within their own policy timescales.

Centrick also attempted to charge for services they weren't contracted to deliver, and had no evidence of delivering. When challenged on this it took numerous phone calls and emails with repeated dismissals, the issue only being resolved when escalating to a director.

Centrick is such a scam 😃 every time I write a bad review, they reply to it ‘requesting more details’ which is asking me to email a customer service email. Every time I do this, they ignore me, I never receive a reply, they delete my bad review and keep their high score on Trustpilot.
Don’t trust them, the way they handle things is not only unprofessional and unethical, it is often (in my personal case) illegal.
My formal complaints about a specific person always get addressed by that same person, and after demanding them addressed by someone else, they get assigned to someone who is suspiciously connected to our previous management company that was let go due to underperforming. I can’t imagine Centrick
Being allowed to operate much longer, there are multiple cases being collected against them. If you have a choice- avoid,avoid avoid
Update: they just wrote the same exact thing I am complaining about underneath this review. ‘Email our customer service team’. I did, numerous times- you do not reply, ever. They are about to delete my review now 😂

As always Sufyaan at liberty place has been absolutely amazing as always.

I have been a resident at The Metalworks since 2021. We have had a sewage issue in the building car park on and off since 2022.

It’s 2026 and Centrick has not been able resolve. Slough Borough Council is involved, BBC has made a news article about it, Centrick simply don’t want to deal with the issue.

If they cannot fulfil their responsibilities then Centrick should stop managing and close down the company.

I hope the freeholder of this building who are Seven Capital take notice and help residents out of this misery.

i dealt with Humza Tanweer who provided exceptional customer service. My request was dealt with very efficiently and the issue was sorted within 48 hours, communication was clear and concise, responses to emails were done of the same day, very rare in this current day

I have received a bill of £308, an additional £212 onto my quaterly charge as a backdated payment, despite the fact I have already paid all up to date payments and have screenshot proof of this, the invoice itself is so limited, the My Centrick app isnt showing any of my payments or Bills, I am so upset and this is adding tp my anxiety and stress levels, why cant they just get the bill right, where is all this added money coming from, why is there no information on the app, such poor poor service.
Also there response to this negative review is rubbish as I have messeged them on that email half a dozen times already and they have ignored all of my Emails, this company is a SCAM and I will be taking legal action, UPDATE, I waited on the phone for 1 hour only for them to just hang up on me after I sent the required information and proof of payment, disgusting

Terrible service.
They email me: "If your enquiry is of an urgent nature, please call 03330 124 125"
But every time I call this number, it takes more than 1 hour to connect and they do not provide the direct number of the management team of my building.
And when I send an email, I got a auto reply that I would got the answer in 3 working days but it take more than 1 month, no reply from them.
Terrible service.

The Liberty place summer party hosted by Saff was great, the best one yet. Was a brilliant time with all the neighbours, the bouncy castle for the kids and the food was exceptional. Thanks again, looking forward to next year!

Had a bill through the door from PDE on behalf off Centrick , saying I owe xyz even know I haven't had a invoice off Centrick or email stating what I owe I have been trying to settle to bill for over a week and dispute the admin charge off £300 wich is disgraceful for a letter ! Centrick don't answer emails don't put you through to the correct department tbh there absolutely terrible service , I'm still waiting to get this bill paid and to be contacted by someone who knows what there actually on about from what I have seen so far they don't know there arse to there head !

If you are thinking of moving into The Metalworks or hiring Centrick as an estate manager, please save yourself the headache and stay far away. Centrick is not managing this property; they are mismanaging it into the ground, and as residents, we have simply had enough.

It starts the second you turn into the property. The tiles right at the main estate entrance where vehicles drive in are completely unfixed from the ground. It looks terrible, it’s a hazard to drive over every single day, and it sets the tone for how the rest of the estate is looked after. There is trash dumped around the property, and the car park is a free-for-all for unauthorized vehicles because Centrick clearly doesn't care about monitoring who is coming and going.

The security and safety inside the building are non-existent. The maglocks are broken, meaning the building is entirely unsecured. The intercom system doesn't work, so you can't even buzz someone in. When the sun goes down, the entire podium area is pitch black because the podium lights have been left broken, creating a massive safety risk for anyone walking home alone at night.

Inside the blocks, the lifts are out of service repeatedly, forcing everyone to take the stairs regardless of floor level, mobility, or age. And to make matters even worse, we've had sewage water leaks on the premises.

Living here is becoming unbearable, yet Centrick continues to act like everything is fine while neglecting every basic amenity we pay them to look after. It is complete incompetence. We are paying full service fees for slum-like conditions, and the absolute lack of action or care from Centrick is disgraceful.

great bunch of employees always friendly and if theres any issues theyre straight on it. saff always on hand with anything too anytime any one needs him, recently put a summer party on for the residents at liberty place in birmingham, great food and drink and activities.

I’m living in Liberty place and recently the we had a Summer party organised by Saif and his concierge team. I had a great time and enjoyed the drinks. Thanks to the team and their hard work

Sufyaan is a great guy who has helped me for finding parking bases for my guests. Also, for taking my never ending parcels.

Was visiting liberty place to carry out some work in one of the apartments, and Saf the concierge was very accommodating and helpful.

Reception staff Bernadette Hamza came to our rescue when we were unable to get into our accommodation. Their kindness was greatly appreciated after travelling from Australia. Thank you very much.
