AVOID!!! DO NOT PAY ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY!! If I could put zero I would. Company tricks you into a subscription £40 a month?? Not only tricked but also £40 a month for nothing. Company should be ashamed of themselves. I would request a full refund but seen too many reviews saying they wouldn’t so don’t want to waste my time arguing with a company that doesn’t mind scamming people. Agree with others, they charge you 50p and are have just set up a regular payment to try and take 40 out. Absolute scam and you can't access the account as the passwords they send don't work. Had to raise a dispute with my bank to stop the payments
See below the same generic response as all the other true reviews. The site has a very low trust rating on scam website trackers. What they're doing is completely illegal

Scammers!!! Think you are paying 50p for a very basic IQ test, they then try charging you £50 per month thereafter!! Thankfully i managed to cancel the payment through my back before it had cleared. Please avoid.

This is a scam - 39.90 subscription charge
Don’t use this service - they hide a 39.90 “subscription” charge and will not refund it - I done 3 tests between me and my partner and somehow managed to subscribe 3 times. The woman on the phone would not refund me for all of them just 2/3 so I have wasted 39.90 on a scam

IQ test was fun, my daughter did it after it popped up on instagram or facebook.
We received a notification to get the certificate for 50p to which we did and received an invoice, it was not clear anywhere that this was apparently for 48hrs then we would be charged a subscription!
i tried to explain to customer services my daughter set this up she is 10 years old and said dad i have done an IQ test its 50p for the certificate can i get it, i said yes and she set it up. I received an invoice for the 50p which does not state anything about being charged £39.90 after 48 hrs.
If the invoice had done so i would have cancelled there and then.
I do not have any need for an IQ test especially for £39.90 pm
I found your colleague aggressive and rude in his response, he wouldn't see any issue and talked over me. When requesting to speak to a supervisor he said they aren't available.
If it had been clear that i would be charged after 48hrs i would never have even paid for the certificate, i am very hot on this thing usually.
I have sent an email to customer services and billing requesting a call to discuss further and request a refund however still have nothing back, no return email or call.

Fraudsters! I paid for 50p IQ test and deep in the terms and conditions is a subscription. Beware!!
I rang and spoke to them and they are having none of it

Initial test is fun, but there is a subscription that is hidden in the terms and conditions that charges you £39.90. Emailed to cancel it twice but no reply and charge still went out. A bit sly really considering there seems to be no way to cancel. Contacted my bank…

Once completing the test, you will have to pay a fee of £0.50 to receive the results. The next day I received a notification from my bank saying that a transaction of £39.90 was trying to be taken from my account, so they blocked my card. This cowboy company will start a subscription without your knowledge or consent.

Took money and doesn’t respond
I signed up to do my IQ test for £0.50 which seems pretty good and the test was fun, however after attempting to log in a few times I finally got into my account..I found that I was going to be charged £39.90 for a subscription I was unaware of as they do not make it very clear. I have tried to cancel it on their website but it says they do not recognise my email address to have a subscription..but £39.90 has been taken out of my bank account, I have sent multiple emails with no response for the past 3-4 days, and the phone number provided won’t answer calls, I have made a claim with my bank hoping they can resolve this as I would like my money back and not be charged again.

You sign up for a 50p charge for a silly Iq test, next thing you know £39.90 has been withdrawn from your bank without your knowledge. AVOID this website unless you want scammed. I have contacted bank and emailed company twice, no refund as of yet.
Update: yet to have a refund. Was told someone would contact me in 24 hours - they didn’t. Rang again to be told it’s processing and ‘will be in my bank within 7 days’ I don’t have much hope. Please avoid this company!
