James and vikky where very helpful and supportive in this process. It takes time as it took us time to get what we diserved but unfortunately its not the company's fault it the government process takes time. Finally the payment gone through and with in hours they sent them no us no fault with this company at all. Thank you james and vikky for all the hard work you done.

CFS and their staff where all very professional, understanding and approachable.

They kept us updated as much as possible going above and beyond to keep the information flowing.

Even spending a lot of time once the case was closed to sort out payment details that was mixed up from the redundancy services.

After i explained i had never used a redundancy service, CFS helped me with all queries and assisted in what document to send out-with their original correspondence. I was ready to just forget about the redundancy and leave it alone but grateful that i had a little bit of extra help from CFS.

CFS made the process very easy, giving clear instructions of how to complete required forms, and what the next steps would be. They keep frequent communication, and delivered on their proposal. It was great to have it taken care of in the background without taking up much of my time.
