First contact to end of contact was brilliant. The account manager Kai was fab. Talks us through all options and costs. In the end, the package was cheaper than what I paid before. Quick mailing of new Sims and quick activation. Great service throughout. Can't recommend them enough.

I was sceptical at first about Chadwell's ability to deliver better value for my telephone service.
They provided a curated service, with a 50% discount to my current provider, took care of the number transfer; my new service and SIM went live as planned, with my preferred network.
Ben gave me great confidence that I would be looked after and I wasn't disappointed. Went without a hitch and great value.

I was contacted by phone a matter of minutes after researching phone providers on the internet through Switcheroo. The staff member was Ben, from Chadwell Telecom. He was definitely “on the ball” with his knowledge. As I had not heard of this company before, I informed him that I would be checking out the company, and visiting my current provider shop face to face that same day. Everything checked out well and very favourably for me, so I switched to SIM only with them. My SIM and contract came through the post and a smooth transition followed. A week later I received a courtesy follow up call from Ashleigh. There were a couple of minor things on the contract that I wasn’t sure about, so this gave me the opportunity to resolve them. She was excellent at explaining everything to me. I will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends.

My only suggestion to the company is that you have some sort of reassurance in place regarding authenticity of the call. In the current climate of online and telephone scams I would appreciate more reassurance that the call and conversation is genuine especially when handing over bank details. I.e. A confirmation email at the beginning, or pin number or an address where that call is being made from etc.

Better price…
We decided to change from the company we had been with as they were getting more expensive. We found Chadwells to be very competitive and the price was so much better. The whole process was so easy and everything explained really sympathetically.
It was really good to speak to a human instead of a machine as well
