Quick delivery, good price, item as described

I bought a pre-owned laptop which was described to have a small defect. However, there were no images available to understand the extent of the problem. I bought the product from Recommerceit and realized later that the problem was a little bigger than I had imagined. I wrote an email to sales about this but did not receive a response. To some extent I agree that I should have known that I was making a risky purchase but I believe the provider needs to make detailed discolsure about any problems in the device.

Oliver was outstanding, I left my job and bought a new laptop and went to Bali but unfortunately the battery wasn't working well for the work I was doing and I explained to him the issue and even though we had passed the timescale he kindly agreed I could send back and swap for another which has been perfect, I will always use this company, thanks so much

I recently purchased the Dell Inspiron 7391 with an Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD and 13.3-inch FHD touchscreen. I am very happy with the device. It is fast, convenient and comfortable to use, especially because of its compact size and touchscreen. The 16GB RAM and SSD also make everyday work very smooth. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and portable laptop.

buying a new laptop had become a three year cycle of paying increasingly outrageous sums of money for something which was increasingly flimsy and never lasted longer! since finding recommerce my entire family now buy our laptops and desktops from nowhere else: awesome specs, in great condition, for fair prices! ..and i just had to use the warranty and even that was great! repaired and returned in 48 hours - amazing!

I have just made my second purchase from recommerceIT to replace HDDs in my NAS device at home. Having been stung by cheap foreign drives pertaining to be something they are not, I'm so glad I've found a UK based company that are honest and committed to customer service. I'm always dubious with the label 'generic' but have been pleasantly surprised to receive top quality items in great condition from recommerceIT. I always test drives myself and the health of these repurposed drives are amazing.
I was sent the wrong drive initially (an easy mistake to make as it looked visually similar), but Oliver immediately arranged a replacement and free return of the wrong item.
I am very impressed by their professionalism and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I bought a charger it came used and broken wont even charge my laptop and missing a piece from the charger as it was for a really expensive price for something used and broken don't recommend buying here

I purchased a couple of laptops for my kids about 6 months ago, both arrived in pristine condition. One of them recently developed a minor fault, a troublesome cooling fan not responding properly. Following a quick call to them I sent the laptop back for repair. Received it back in record time, all sorted, no fuss or bother.
