I was hesitant to drive to Hamilton for the purchase of my BBQ, Laura provided information that I hadn't thought about and acted more like a consultant than high pressured sales person- she answered all questions immediately as I purchased via email , no waiting a day or two for response when I arrived Drew took me through the process and also spent time educating me around smoked meat and what is needed- store staff was welcoming and polite- the experience out of 10 was easily a 12- i would highly recommend and have shared my story with a number of friends snd colleagues- the customer focus and service is worth the drive- Thank you!

Weber is the problem
I don’t have an issue with you guys everything went well with the delivery its the product itself. The Weber searwood 600XL is junk I’m going back and forth with weber they don’t know what is causing the issue it won’t heat up and stay at the set temp
