I have had 2 interactions with agents; firstly with Jack and secondly with Linda.
With just 2 phone call interactions I have felt totally at ease with Linda and have enjoyed the interactions; a feeling of wanting to know your needs and ensuring the next property I am to purchase will be the right investment. For my personal circumstances is a home to move into (and development)

Linda before even booking me into view a property gave me the detials of the house in question and explained the potential problems I could encounter; something that other agents elsewhere wouldn’t explain at the start.

Post viewing Linda instantly advised of another property to view and dismissed another property based on my feedback. This is on my first 2 initial interactions.

First impressions go along way: to manage to give off a comfortable and relaxing approach via the phone gives you the peace of mind at a time of your life when your spending the biggest amount of money you don’t have and looking to borrow.

Still looking around with other agents too, but hoping that the property I purchase is through Linda

Me and my husband are over the moon with the service from the Hornchurch branch. Getting an offer above asking within 1 week of going on the market was beyond our expectations. After an absolute awful experience with Bairstow Eves , Chalk Street have been on a completely different level. Experienced, fantastic friendly service all round and can not fault them. Highly recommended, a special mention for Faye and Mandy who have been absolutely amazing to help my mum and dad sell and purchase. What Bairstow Eves couldn’t do in 3 months , Chalk Street done in 2 weeks all stress free too. Faye was always on the phone with updates which were accurate and truthful. Thanks Faye you’re a star.
