Viewing properties can be a very scary thing...... BUT Chariot estates made it so comfortable & straightforward.
Especially the brother - sister duo of Dave & Kim!! They made us feel safe & understood throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble & no question was 'silly' or repetative.
We hope we have found our forever home, but if we were to look for another property then we just know Chariots would be our first choice estate agents.

I walked into Chariot Estates not really knowing how to go about selling a house and feeling a bit lost. I was greeted with a very warm welcome and was told they could come out to value it the same day. Very quickly the viewings started and within 6 weeks (summer school holidays) we had accepted an offer. I found the whole process very easy with the help of the Chariots staff. They were very attentive and kept us up to date every step of the way. Thank you!

Whilst landlords are evicting tenants through no fault of their own. I have found for chariots staff to be extremely hostile and demanding with unreasonable requests. Wanting me to help with the sale of the property. They wanted to do a moving out assessment on the day of moving to unfairly deduct deposit money, whilst this was resolved at the time if a complaint was not raised I very much believe they would have carried through with this. Not only this, not one member of staff asked where I would be moving to even to have forwarding address on file. The only person who delivered this news with a bit of compassion was Dave.

Service was great. Always answered the phone, also prompt email reply. Most of all once we had sold they also kept to informed and updated. Also lots cheaper than the competition.

We used Charriots for a probate sale and David, Kim, Michelle and all the staff were so helpful and informative. They were very understanding and made the process so much easier. I would recommend them for any house sale.

Staff were so helpful. Above and beyond the call of duty. Managed to sell my property with very little fuss and then chased both solicitors to ensure a speedy completion.

Throughout our house move all the staff have been fantastically supportive, efficient, knowledgeable and above all so very approachable.

This was our second time of using Chariots.From day one we felt so supported any queries problems were dealt with straight away nothing was ever too much trouble.

Kim, Dave and team you are all so fabulous. They went above and beyond to help the seller and me, as the buyer. The properties that I purchased (3 together) were complex and as a team they were patient, supportive and really responsive. They worked with me and trades people to manage the keys/process so well.

I've worked with many agents and I don't have one who I could recommend until I met the lovely Kim and the team at Chariots. I will be continuing working with them for sure.....

Really honest and helpful. From contacting them to evaluation, marketing and sale we could not fault them at any step in the process. Super efficient and managed the chain we were in and got the sale pushed through to completion. We had previously used another agent and got absolutely nowhere, but the moment Chariots were engaged it all fell into place as they did the hard work for us and never once took their eye off the ball. Highly recommend!

Kim, Dave, Michelle and Karina who dealt with my sale are very friendly and have an excellent response time which is key for ensuring the process is as smooth as possible.

Recently sold my house with Chariot, despite the house sale being legally complicated, the team at Chariot were fantastic, they would keep me updated regularly and check in with both sides solicitors and the buyers and keep everybody aware of the process.
Whenever you would call the office, they knew exactly who you were and where your sale was and it felt personal and felt genuinely caring.
