My order don’t order from them was incorrect and spelled…
My order was incorrect and spelled wrong. Customer service was 100% unresponsive when I filed a case with my credit card company they finally responded to tell me to send it back and they would credit the money back, but then they didn’t give me a viable address to mail it to once I got that it cost me $70 to ship it out to them when the item was only $40. I didn’t return it so now I am out of money with an incorrect product and they will do nothing to correct it for me.

Denver Donkey Decanter
I ordered 2 Denver Bronco decanters as a gift over a month and a half in advanced of when they were needed. Shipping estimate said it’d take two weeks for them to arrive. After there weeks of receiving no update, I reached out to customer service and was told I’d receive a 20% refund for the trouble. I didn’t receive a refund. One decanter finally arrived, 2 months after it was ordered and 2 weeks after it was needed as a gift. The decanter looks. Thing like the photos. Instead of a bronco, it looks like a donkey. The cap was supposed to be makers mark red wax, it’s a simple black twist-on cheap plastic. The quality is absolutely horrendous, and it will be going straight into the trash. At this point I wrote customer service again, they said they could do a 20% refund. I was already supposed to receive that and never did. After over two weeks of back and forth emails, they finally agreed to a 100% refund if I left a 5-star review. Here’s my honest review. Marked with 5-stars. Hoping someone takes the time to read it and saves their money and time.
