Cheap looking
Received instant order verification however no tracking info was found. Thought crossed my mind we were scammed. Ordered Aug 20 and took 5 weeks for delivery. Item (Bronco Whiskey Decanter) was very cheap looking and smaller than expected. Item appears to be like what you would find in a cheap souvenir shop. Will not order from this company again.

Here's my 5 star review... Lol
To be totally honest I really only give 0 stars if I could but I was forced to give a 5 stars in order to get my refund. I bought something and when I got it it wasn't even close to being what was in the picture. I contacted customer service and they told me that the images are AI images and not what we will actually get. So don't buy from here because it's pretty much a scam. This is what they told me
resolve this matter quickly and avoid further inconvenience, I'm offering two options.
Option A (Recommended, if you prefer to keep the product)
We will immediately refund you 50% of the purchase price (via the original shipping method);
We will also provide a $20 voucher, valid for any item in our store (valid for 30 days);
Option B (If you insist on not keeping the product and request a full refund)
We will issue a full refund, with no need to return the product. Please write a five-star review for me.

I ordered a Seattle Seahawks bottle supposedly filled with Jameson's whisky for my brother. Months went by without hearing from them. I finally got a notification that it had shipped. After a couple of more weeks, he finally got the order - just an empty bottle. It was a total rip-off.

The customer service lady was very kind and polite!
She was professional and checked the tracking and the warehouse for my item too. She found it but it would be about 2 weeks to be shipped. I'm guessing the problem is because of Trumps stupid tariffs! Everything seems to have late deliveries!
Unfortunately it was for a wedding that had passed. She immediately issued me a full refund! Their customer service is first rate! She answered my emails quickly and fully refunded me!
I'm very happy and will buy from again.

Scam! DONT DO IT
Scam! Placed an order and they provided tracking information that showed the item was delivered yet I never received it. When I opened a dispute with the mail carrier, they found out that it was never delivered, and even charm hut, stated that it was not delivered yet a logistics issue. I requested a full refund and they offered to refund me 20% of my purchase and re-shipped the item which they had previously told me was now out of stock miraculously now it’s available. It has been a week and a half since they shipped supposedly the second order yet I have not received it and tracking has not been updated for the last six days
