Refund still not received from Cheapflyshop.au after 3 weeks
I made a booking on 07/03/2026. However Cheapflyshop.au was unable to confirm the reservation. They said a full refund would be reflected in my account within 24-48 rhous, subject to my bank's processing time. I have followed up with my bank, and the bank still has not received any reversal from Cheapflyshow.au. It's been 3 weeks!

My experience with fly cheap was mixed , Besides , needs some improvements in call handling service. Especially after hours because this industry run 24 hrs therefore different customers boards flights on different times.
Overall iam happy , looks like they care for customers if someone complaint. Which is really impressed me.

BIG SCAM
Initially gave us a great price, then said no to the cheap tickets. We had to pay full price. What a joke. Do not trust this company. If you see a bargain price, do not accept it. You will not be able to cancel.
They said that the cheap flights are taken, as they only have 19 available. So we missed out.

In your case, the lower fare was no longer available at the time of confirmation, and the next best available option was offered accordingly.
Please note that all bookings are processed only after customer approval, and the applicable fare rules—including cancellation and refund conditions—are clearly communicated prior to ticket issuance.
