At first with the changing of my ticket as my conference was cancelled, I was some what annoyed / upset of how much more it was going to cost.
I understood that it was the system and not Anna’s fault by all means and I said that to Anna on several occasions.
However after voicing my frustration & opinions, Anna turned a negative situation into a positive one and I’m very happy & grateful with the change of dates / cost & also the airline .
Anna was very helpful and lovely

BUT BEFORE I PAY FOR TICKETS THERE WAS NO TERM AND CONDITIONS FOR PRICE CHANGE OR FLIGHT CHANGE BUT AS SOON AS I PAID THE AMOUNT THEY SEND THAT EMAIL THAT THE PRICE CAN BE REFLECTED
THEY SHOULD MENTION THAT BEFORE SOMEONE PAYS THE AMOUNT
AND had to call them 2 times for my e ticket but first time they said will confirm it soon second time they said seats are not available in the flight that you booked and than they asked for 755$ to confirm the same flight after taking money from me their manager called me and said that they can’t confirm the seats in that flight and offered me other flight with longer wait but when i checked the seats on the flight that i booked before there was so many seats were available
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME BY BOOKING FLIGHT THROUGH THEM
they take your money first and call you and make you pay more by offering another flight which is cheaper and from that they make more benefits but they don’t care about their customers all they care for money and their benefits
will not recommend to book flights through them
Spoke to Rose after 2 days and she helped me getting the voucher for the validity of one year to get discount with my next flight as she listen all the case and understood everything and tried her best to short it out

Worst experience
Absolutely terrible experience with CheapFlyShop Australia. The advertised fares looked cheap, but after payment there were sudden extra charges, confusing ‘promotional fare’ excuses, and long delays in ticket confirmation. Customer support felt pushy and unhelpful whenever issues came up.
The whole process was stressful, misleading, and felt like a bait-and-switch operation rather than a professional travel agency. I would strongly recommend booking directly with airlines or with a more reputable platform instead of risking your money and travel plans here.
At last, Poor Customer service, Poor Communication. One the Worst experience for me.

They will show cheap fare with baggage but when u purchase ticket they will say there was no baggage allowance and demand for more money to do upgrade . Will say ticket will be send with 24 to 48hours then they say 10 to 20 business day. this people are lairs never recommend anyone to buy tickets from them.

We got there in the end.
Booked the flights 10 months in advance of departing for Australia and Cheapfly offered the best price,10/10.
Customer services called us a couple of days prior to departure and checked us in online 10/10.
Due to the issues that arose in Iran whilst we were on holiday, there was major flight disruption, but we had no contact from customer services informing us that they would be monitoring the situation and would keep us updated.1/10.
We could only access Qatar flight information 5 days before departure and found that one of our connecting flights had been cancelled so we had to contact Cheapfly to inform them of this and ask them to reschedule the flights, which Qatar was doing free for affected travellers. My concern with this was that Cheapfly had not picked up on the flight cancelled prior to me informing them. 1/10
The first call to them in regards to the flight cancellation was dealt with over the phone and the representative told us that the issue would be passed to customer support ASAP but could not give timescales of when we would hear back. 5,and we were left unknowing of who would contact us and when, in a case where time on action was paramount.
Also i had bounce back on emails as the company web address had changed from .uk to .com but no email had been prior received informing us of this 1/10.
The matter was picked up by Kevin from customer support who contacted me and assured me the matter was being dealt with 10/10.
We heard nothing for 24 hours so I called them to gain updates which was annoying as in my opinion they should have been giving us regular email updates as this would have allayed our trepidations at this time 1/10,
The end result was that Cheapfly did amend our flights and sent us our new flight details. 10/10,
