Dean whom I spoke too was amazing and…

Dean whom I spoke too was amazing and understanding of my circumstances. The absolute worst website on the…

The absolute worst website on the planet, booked flights as per normal website. Didn't receive any ticket however email came saying tickets will be issued within 48hrs. Get a phone call the next day saying the tickets could not be issued as they were sold out and that I could go on a wait list. I asked how long the wait list is and was advised upto 60 days.. WTF...
I then looked at other site and found the same flights I booked on this site not only available but cheaper. Unfortunately as I committed to this useless website and proceeded to find other options within their site. I changed my itinerary and they offered me a new itinerary which they promised could be confirmed and ticketed and I stupidly agreed to them yet again.. to date still no tickets and down almost $12,000

We appreciate that when a booking is made through our website, customers reasonably expect that the selected flights will be available for immediate confirmation. However, in certain cases, some fares displayed online remain subject to final validation and ticket issuance by the airline or consolidator after the booking request has been submitted. While a reservation may initially be created, final ticket issuance can still depend on live seat availability, fare confirmation, and supplier approval at the time of processing.

We understand your concern regarding receiving an email advising that tickets would be issued within 48 hours, followed by subsequent communication advising that the original flights were no longer available. We appreciate how disappointing and confusing this would have been, particularly after making your travel plans based on the initial booking.

Furthermore, we acknowledge your dissatisfaction after identifying alternative options elsewhere and then proceeding with a revised itinerary through us, only to experience continued delays in ticket issuance. We recognise that this would understandably affect your confidence in the booking process.

Further to our review, our records confirm that one of our travel experts updated you that the flights were unfortunately not being confirmed by the airline due to an inventory issue. As the booking could not be finalised, the full amount paid has been refunded to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.

A refund confirmation email has already been sent to you with the relevant details. Kindly note that the time taken for the funds to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or card provider’s standard processing times.

We regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this matter.
