i had really bad experience with you…

i had really bad experience with you because when i booked ticket for my mom they said we already add wheel chair for her but when i reach at airport then staff of Malaysian airline they said there is no wheel chair added i was really surprised that they didn’t tell me truth and i don’t want to recommend to anyone to book ticket with Cheapflyshop otherwise thay need to improve their staff according customer choice . Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. Baggage was not clearly mentioned at the time of booking. After I paid, they called and said it was a “promotional fare” and kept pushing me to pay more money.
They later claimed they were only talking about cabin baggage and then asked for extra payment again for check-in baggage. The whole process felt misleading and stressful. They also refused to provide a refund.
I ended up paying more than expected and got a lot of tension. Not worth it.
Don’t try to save money — book from a legitimate airline website instead.

Such fares are offered at a reduced price but usually come with specific restrictions, particularly regarding baggage allowance and refund conditions. These fare rules are displayed during the booking process prior to payment confirmation. In many promotional categories, only cabin baggage is included, while check-in baggage is chargeable separately.

Our team contacted you after booking to ensure you were fully informed about the fare conditions and to offer the option of adding baggage in advance, which is generally more cost-effective than paying at the airport. This was not intended to pressure you for additional payment, but rather to prevent inconvenience during travel.

With regard to the refund request, promotional fares are typically non-refundable as per the fare rules set at the time of purchase. We strictly follow the fare conditions attached to each ticket, and unfortunately, we are unable to override those policies once a ticket is issued.

I booked an international flight…

I booked an international flight through Cheapfly and initially found a very competitive direct fare. After booking, I was informed that the ticket required an additional charge due to a promotional fare issue. Although the original terms stated it was non-refundable, the team took the time to understand my situation and kindly arranged a refund.

I truly appreciate the prompt and professional assistance from Emily and Andrew. Their customer service was excellent.

Thank you to Cheapfly for both great search options and reliable after-sales support. I would happily recommend their service and will continue using them for future travel.

SCAMMERS - Avoid them

I paid directly to Cheapflyshop AU only to find out that price I paid was promotional price and now they are unable to assign me tickets as part of travel leg is not confirmed (same story as all the other customers). I then requested a refund for the money which I paid as no tickets are issued. I was advised refund not possible because one leg confirmed by the airline, then I said that I no longer want the tickets and that I want my full refund immediately as I paid the money to Cheapflyshop and no money has gone to the airline. After nearly 2 hours on the phone I got the email with the confirmation of cancellation and hopefully I will get the money by the next 48 hours

Read comments first and I have warned you as well. I wish I read those comments first before buying through them and go through so much distress and rip offs.

UPDATE: The money has been refunded to my credit card
