Flight from Brisbane to Miami,

I bought flight from Brisbane to Miami with great help Dean, the travel consultant . He was very patient with us, with two old people, offering any help he could .

i had really bad experience with you…

i had really bad experience with you because when i booked ticket for my mom they said we already add wheel chair for her but when i reach at airport then staff of Malaysian airline they said there is no wheel chair added i was really surprised that they didn’t tell me truth and i don’t want to recommend to anyone to book ticket with Cheapflyshop otherwise thay need to improve their staff according customer choice . Good bye

At Cheapflyshop, we fully understand how important special assistance requests, such as wheelchair services, are — especially when our family members who rely on this support. We sincerely apologize for the distress caused when you were informed at the airport that the wheelchair service was not reflected in the airline’s system. We understand how surprising and frustrating that situation must have been for you.

Please note that while we always forward special service requests to the airline at the time of booking, the final confirmation and arrangement of services like wheelchair assistance are managed directly by the operating carrier. This is totally dependent on the airline. From our side, we can only raise the request and do our very best to assist our passengers; however, the final decision and confirmation always remain with the airline.

We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this matter further.
