Wrong code on all test equipment
You delivered a false code on all test equipment. This meant I could not register and now I have a set with test equipment with the wrong code.
Even worse: your review arrives before you could sort out the problem.... very bad!

Das Testkit kam innert 2 tagen an. 2 Tage nach rücksendung waren die Resultate schon online. Es verlief alles sehr zügig und das fand ich toll.

KIT funktioniert nicht. Keinen Support!!!
Mein Mann hat sich einen Test für 210.- gekauft. Leider funktioniert der KIT nicht. Lange haben wir nach einem Kontakt gesucht. Die mehreren Emails wurden dann aber nie beantwortet.

Terrible, wrong ranges, non-sense results, extremely late
I have ordered the kit on 30 of April 2023. The kit arrived after 5 working days. Consider I live 200km from their office, and Post in Switzerland takes 24 hours.
I sent the kit on 8th of May 2023 and I received my results only on 17th of May 2023, after calling and writing to their online help, every day.
The kit is easy to use but filling-up two vials via finger, without a little pump helping to collect the blood, is pretty impossible. I had to pinch a total of 5 fingers.
The results are absurd. They marked my cholesterol high, which on a second test took this week was half their measure. My testosterone measured by them was 0.85 and marked high while 0.85 is way below the range. The man range is 10-35 nmol/L.
The final review online from the doctor is the most absurd of all. It is simply a person reading your blood test. Wow, thank you so much, I am so stupid that I can't even read my own blood results ...
I went to Zurich this week, to walk-in lab. Perfect. Same analysis costed me 100 CHF less. There is a nurse collecting your blood and you get results in 48 hours, real results that make sense.
Never again, plus CSS does not consider them a valid lab, so they do not accept their invoice for reimbursement.

Your kit was ordered on Sunday 30.04, payment received on 01.05 at 21h and therefore it was delivered to the Post Office on 02.05. Indeed, it took more than 3 working days for you to receive it and we are currently in contact with the Post Office to understand why it took more than 24h to be sent. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Concerning the contact with our customer support; could you please send us more details on how you tried to contact us, because if you didn't receive any answer, we are interested in finding out where the error comes from as we didn't find any information. Some kits require more blood than others and each person reacts very differently depending on their condition too. On ongoing basis, we conduct multipe test regarding our sampling material and even some people who've taken the sample several times don't react in the same way if they're very tired or stressed. There isn't only one option which will be perfect for everyone everyday. We just try to find something cheaper and easy to do at home to give this option to people who wants it.
We don't want to replace a doctor, we're here to help people take charge of their health and get to know themselves a little better. The video that has been integrated into our results is filmed by our doctor's assistant team, which means that your results can be a little more personalized and humanized. Of course, they can't give very detailed information, as there has been no contact with the patient. That's why we offer two options after receiving your results: Contact with eedoctors.com or/and also a free appointment included with the wellness and hormonal kits with our coach approved by our head doctor.
Regarding the price of our kits, we would be delighted to discuss the analyses and prices with you. We don't know what analyses you've done, so we can compare apples with apples. Walkin is a very good option on the Swiss market today, but we offer a different service which is at home.
Our laboratory is accredited by SwissMedic, so what your insurance company may not have accepted is the invoice you presented when you purchased your kit. If you need an invoice for your analyses, please send us your request by email.
We give people who otherwise skip medical appointments for any personal reason the option of simple, understandable option of home resting with same quality as you walk in doc office.
