I ordered a tyre for my car. I didn't know about the company before then. The price was good and the delivery was very fast. I was very impressed.

i was concerned if legit or not . i ordered 4 tires and recieved them within a week. they will be my go to store for tires from now on great prices

I was very pleased with the cost and quality of the product I ordered. Customer service was good too.

I like others were apprehensive, in that a tire company sells tires dinnerware. I bought 4 Michelin tires, the price very, very competitive, I read 3 reviews and all of them were positive, I scanned the others and couldn’t find any derogative. I pulled the trigger, the only question I had was the order being on hold for a couple days even though payment had cleared my bank. I emailed with the hold question and received a plea sent email describing their order sequence, hold, then in process and the tires were delivered, and as advertised. These guys are great AAA+++. Ordered 5-1 & delivered 5-6

I ordered a single tire as this company was rated by around 50% only. So I gave it a try as it had the best price offer. I was waiting 9 days for the delivery. Nothing has arrived. I checked the order and it still said "processing". I sent them an email and they replied the next day: We need a couple of days to proceed your order!" 4 days later they canceled the order. All the prositive feedbacks obviously come from people who get paid for it or are faked by own employees. Don't waste your time and money for a useless website. Pay a few bucks more and get served quickly.

I just received my 265/35zr22 tires at the best price I actually thought that I had made a mistake order at chococloset but it turn out great I highly recommend this place this place is for reals.

I ordered 2 Goodyear Reliant Tires. They arrived in 7 days They are Very New tires as the DOT on the sidewall was 0823 which means they were manufactured the 8th week of 2023!!! Saved a bunch of money. I ordered 2 more as I was very Pleased!

I have to admit I was a little apprehensive at first purchasing on this website. I was MORE than pleasantly surprised with not only the amazing customer service, the prices were great and my order came VIA fedex within 5 days of when I ordered and that's counting the weekend. I will be using chococloset much more in the future and also sent the link to my family and friends. Thanks for such an amazing website

It was a little unorthodox to receive a set of 4 tires all individually (Cooper 275/70-17). It took about two weeks to get the full set but every other place I tried put it at a 2-week delivery anyway. Customer service was great at answering my emails and soothing my concerns that the rest of the tires were definitely on the way. The money I saved was worth it! I would order from them again.

I ordered a set of trailer tires and although one came one day and the other the next I was notified of the problem and still got fast and free shipping. Tries look good and price was great. I plan to order another set of tires soon.

Recently found Chococloset while i was looking for new tires. They were $30 per tire cheaper than even Amazon. Ordered a set of tires on Sunday and they were at the house on Thursday. I will 100% be buying tires here again.

100% Garbage experience.

They couldn't fulfill the order for a week, then cancelled. A very inconvenient waste of time and energy on my end.

Don't do it.

While I was a little hesitant to order an expensive item from an unknown seller, I checked ratings and they were generally quite good. So I ordered the HP 6001 smart tank printer. It got here as promised in 5 days and is working perfectly! Can't beat the deal as they were over $50 less than any other deal on-line or in stores. I would definitely recommend this store and will be shopping here again in the future!

I was pricing hankook tires and came across chococloset. They had the best price by far. I was a little leery having never heard of them before but I ordered the tire. Shipping was free and I had the tire in 4 days. I highly recommend chococloset

The only complaint I have is I never received a confirmation for my order.

Tire price was too good to be true. Ordered tires and after a week still no reply when they will ship. Emailed for a status and received a reply the shipping department was working on it and it will take 3-4 more days before the order ships. They charged my C/C PDQ. Don't waste your time with this BS company. I'm having the charge removed from my card. I don't need tires 6 months from now. Total BS! Pay the extra money and deal with Benzo.
