Choco closet will massively exceed your expectations! They will stay in touch with you and follow through all the way to the end! I was very pleasantly surprised! If price and a great outcome is your main consideration then this is a good choice! I bought tires from them and my only caution is to make sure you don't need your tires in a hurry... be prepared to drive with what you have for a couple of weeks...

I was hesitant to order since the company is not well known, I ordered a set of 4 tires, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive the product on time as scheduled. After a couple of days, I did not get an email from them letting me know that my items were out for shipping, so I had to email them myself to get a track number and they did respond immediately.

Well I order 6 tires for my truck and it was done by two. I am very pleased and will do future orders with them. Yes, website looks shady but will state all my tires arrived and super happy. From 800.00 to 2000.00 yeah I am super happy. Will keep doing business with them.

I ordered a tool from here almost 10 days ago. After several days I emailed them concerning shipping status, they did respond quickly and told me it I would receive tracking in the next couple of days. Several days later, no tracking number. Emailed them again, they quickly responded and said more less the same thing. It has been almost 10 days and no shipping info. I told them it has never taken this long on anything I have ordered elsewhere. I do not recommend ordering from site!!!! I think they just keep giving excuses and beginning to think this is a TOTAL SCAM SITE!!!! I will contact my bank asap and pursue getting my money back!!!! Please don't make the mistake I made on looking for the best price. As each day passing I am more and more convinced this is a SCAM....

Should you order from this website that you’ve never hear of? YES! It went like this:
•ordered a Ryobi mitre saw
•received a tracking notice in about three days
•package delivered as indicated on tracking, in good condition
•the shipping label showed it was from Home Depot, which was curious, so I emailed them and asked about that. They said they shop multiple stores for the best price—this one came from Home Depot. This was fine with me because it saved me about $80 off the retail price
•after delivery, they emailed me saying it had been delivered, and to reply to let them know all was good in delivery land. I did reply and told them it was good
•mission accomplished through a good experience

Purchased a 5000 BTU Keystone window AC unit which was delivered the next day! Perfect packaging, install instructions & good to go w. Remote too~The weather is cool in the 40's so don't have the opportunity to test it yet for performance but it comes with a 1 yr. Warranty so all is well~Trust CHOCOCLOSET!! Superior communication & service in every way!! REALLY!
