Don't expect a great deal of information from their website. Having said that, their email support is great and timely. This was my first purchase from Chococloset and I was apprehensive. Saving a great deal of money and free shipping seemed too good to be true. It was not! My tires would have cost me$1685 through other discount tire dealers, $1057 from Chococloset

I ordered two Michelin 275 60R 20 tires for my truck. They arrived in two days and beaten competitors prices. I am very happy with the turnout.

I just ordered new tires from them (Chococloset) since Wal-Mart messed my order up and sent me the wrong tires. Not only did they arrive, but they came 1 day earlier than expected. 265 70 R17 are not easy to find at and affordable price. I bought 4 really nice work truck tires from them for about $450. I had not one issue with them and will be buying from them again.

I ordered a set of Cooper tires and I ordered the wrong tires this was my fault not theirs I contacted them within 2 hours they emailed me a return slip to bring to Walmart it was painless and they were excellent

first time ordering from this site.
after 1 week of waiting for tracking # I got a cancellation notice without explanation.
Just wasted valuable time.
I ended up ordering same item from Amazon.
I do not recommend this site.
Now I have to keep an eye on my bank statement to make sure I did not get charged

I had never heard of this site but while doing tire and rim shopping I came across the tires I wanted for a significant amount less. I was very skeptical and did a couple hours of research and reading reviews before deciding to make the purchase. The shipping was a little odd sending different shipments that had a small delay but the shipping was free so you can’t complain about a couple days delay. Overall great experience and I will be back in the future!

I bought a set of tires from Chococloset, basically because they were the lowest price I could find anywhere. I was a little worried what I was going to get or how long it would take to get them, but I received them in less than a week and I'm impressed with the tires. Now I just need to get them mounted and see how they drive. I'm confident I will be a repeat customer.

I like others had my doubts about CHOCOCLOSET since their prices beat all others. So, the first thing I did was look at Trustpilot reviews. They were all good; and mostly legitimized the website. I installed the wheels and tires they sent me yesterday I I could not be any happier. I will check with these guys from now on before I buy anywhere else.

I haven't purchased yet but I see a lot of reviews claiming great customer service. I'm suspecting those reviews are posted by Chococloset themselves because no one answers the phone or emails. Also, no one responds to their live chat. Since it's my first time with them and things look a bit uncomfortable, I want to communicate with them first. So far, nothing.

I also wanted to ask if they accept Paypal, which apparently they do not. That would give me some security in ordering from an unknown. Nothing but silence on all fronts.

Great communication! Fast product shipping! Good and very reasonably priced selection of products! Was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of the ordering process of this Company. Will do business again!

Found the garden arbor I was looking for at $40 less than other vendors plus free shipping. First class email notifications and responses.

Ordered 4 tires 7 days ago, nothing about shipping has been sent. Sent the company an email asking for status of order. Waiting for reply. At this point I'm less than satisfied with the service from this company!
Update.. email stated tires would be shipped within 7 days, then 3 days later, email says tires would be shipped soon, 2 days later tires shipped, then next day email stated tires were wrong size and going to be recalled from shipper and I would get a refund within 7 days. Waiting on that refund and I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with this service!! Buyer BEWARE!!!!!! To save a couple bucks just to get jerkerd around, not worth it I'd say now.

Fast, easy and inexpensive. Glad I found these guys online. Made life good. Will definitely order from them again.

I want to first say that I am not a bot nor with chococloset. I am someone who was looking for the best price on tires, chococloset offered this but I was very concerned about buying form them because i have NEVER heard of them. But decided to take the risk, overall, they are legit, but my experience with shipping has been annoying because my tires keep getting delayed and so far only one of the four has come in. So buyer be aware that while the site is legit, shipping may become a problem to deal with.

*UPDATE 3/24* The other three tires came in, as ordered. Again, site is legit, but shipping is questionable, some might say that is not on the store but I factor in the shipping with my overall experience, if I could give 3 and ahalf stars I would.

Perfect tire buying experience. Easy to order. Web site is a little messy, but it works. I will order again. Best price, walmart even lowered their advertised price to match theirs

I searched at all the brick and mortar wholesale" stores " for my 2020 Ram Laramie All Terrain tires and was pleasantly surprised to find them online at a very competitive price that included shipping. I was apprehensive buying tires online for starters but I was also unfamiliar with this merchant. My first time experience was Top Notch from price to consistent and timely responses to any questions. I would give 6 Stars if I could.

I had not heard of Chococloset before a friend suggested I check out their site and products. First and foremost I was impressed with their prices, which in all honesty, seemed to good to be true. The prices were true and even more amazing was the shipping was FREE! The tire I ordered was just what I needed and is perfect for my vehicle. Delivery was timely and confirmed by the shipper with my tire laying on my front porch. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be placing more orders from Chococloset and would urge you to do the same.

Ordered starfire solarus HT tire, was shipped fast and was an exact match to my other tires, I will be ordering from them again
