TABLE LAMP
Although the table lamp was just what we ordered - the finish where the rose gold screw meets the shade was not long enough and you could see the silver part of the screw.
But I liked it so did not bother to return.

i ordered two tea cups costing £20 total and i have as yet only received one cup after waiting for two whole weeks. Very disappointed. And when i try to sign in to the site, i'm told my details are not recognised. Absolute rip off.

Very dissappointing
Very dissappointing. I placed my order, they accepted it and took my money, then nothing. After 9 days I called to find out what was going on and I was told they would look into it. 13 days after originally placing the order I was told they were out of stock. I personally think it is unreasonable to be told after 13 days a product is out of stock !!! Would they have even bothered to tell me if I hadn't rang them ?

Exceptional service yet again
My order was dispatched the very same day & arrived as expected 48hrs later
I was kept informed of the progress of my parcel right up to actual delivery
I had also been contacted by the store to inform me when the parcel was collected, who the carrier was & what the tracking number was. Also I was given details of who ,how to contact in case of a problem.
The parcel arrived intact & in excellent condition, I'm pleased with the product & very happy to recommend this company
