To be fair to this company, I feel that I must add to my recent post. Today, I have received my 3 missing bath mats that I have paid for. There was, however, no communication from their company to advise they were on their way. I only received an email saying that I will receive a delivery via DPD, no mention of the contents. This email was received one day previous to the delivery. This company really must improve their customer communication if they want to stay in business. It is a shame, as I have been a long standing customer of theirs, but this uncertainty and hit & miss approach really isn’t good enough.

Absoloutely apalling service. Liars who run a sale and don't tell you they're out of stock. They then think you'd like the missing towels (for your matching set) in a different colour just so they can complete the order. The "sale" towels will be back in stock but they're in QC at the moment, they'll be back in stock in about EIGHT WEEKS TIME, presumably QC is with their manufacturer in India & not them in the UK. Totally insulting & misleading.
and this is no longer the British company it once was. it's Run by Indians who love in the UK & UAE & they claim to use Egyption cotton when they're manufacturing in India. I wouldn't be at all surprised if they were using Indian cotton to keep their costs down. Just my opinion though, however I'd like to see some proof that they're buying egyptian cotton.
I will also be reporting them to Shopify for misleading so many people on their stock holding.

Placed order on Friday 9th, said would be delivered by Wednesday 14th. Website states despatched within 1 day and delivered 2 to 4 days. What a load of rubbish, items still not dispatched, impossible to call them says your first in queue then get an automated female voice saying no one available and bye. If you try the call back option they call you back and give you same message. If you email them they make excuses but won't give a date and sign off as sweetie so guessing they're not in the UK after all. Use to be a good reputable company but not anymore.

I placed an order on the 1st December 2025 and it was not despatched within the 2-3 business days stipulated on the website. After contacting the company to chase my order only part of my order was despatched on the 10th December.
It is now the 13th January 2026 (45 days since placing my order) and I have still not received the two duvet covers to match the pillowcases.
I have received no updates within this timeframe and I have tried to contact the company prior to Christmas and several times after without any success and they have not responded to any messages that I have left.
So I suggest that given the extremely poor and inadequate customer service I have received I suggest that you do not order from this website.

Despatch itself has taken 9 days this time. Not the 1 day stated in their business terms, or even a day or two after that as I expected, given I ordered on New Years Day. So it’s 13 Jan today and I’ve only now received the DPD alert to say they have my parcel and it’s on its way. Think I’ll just go to John Lewis next time, their towels are just as good.

My order hasn’t arrived and the email address to contact them doesn’t work , not happen contacted bank to return my money

Order placed around 10 days ago and is just showing as confirmed. Money has been taken from my account. No live chat reply and the phone number just rings and rings. Will need to claim money back via my credit card. Avoid!

Unable to contact them by phone, email, or online chat re an order placed on 3 Jan 26 as concerned that there was no progress with processing the order.

I have used Christy for many orders and items are the best quality at really competitive prices
I just received pillows and they are no less great items

I had one hiccup last month with a towel delivery packaging and within 24 hours I had great customer service and an immediate offer of a small refund as compensation for my disappointment.
I couldn’t ask for more … great items every time and knowing if I do have a problem someone will help sort it out

I ordered two sets of towels from Christy 2 weeks before Black Friday. The parcel arrived very quickly but only contained the hand towels from each set. No note in the package to explain when the rest of my order would be delivered. After a few days I reached out to their CS team who advised they would check with their warehouse. After another week with no update from Christy I emailed again. I was thanked for my patience and told that as soon as the warehouse provided an update they’d let me know. After another week with no contact I asked them to cancel my order and allow me to return the partial order and refund. They sent me a label and so I sent the returns off. I checked the tracking and they were received on 8th December. Today on 19th December I had to chase them again for the refund, they have just confirmed I will be refunded on 23rd December. The part of my order not received was showing as available on their website through this period. I bought from Bedeck instead and their service is fantastic, as are their towels and bedding.

Okay stuff, nice design and sales. But poor follow through. I have only gotten a share of what I ordered. Solid 2.5.

I heard their delivery and logistics were bad—it’s true. Experience the usual phantom “attempted deliveries” while you’re at home, now with DPD.

Good products, but falling into the trap of mid-tier UK retailers on service.

Be wary when buying in a sale that if you wish to exchange the items you will then be charged the full price if the sale has ended even if you want to exchange for the same product in a different colour. Not great customer service!

I ordered a set of towels off Amazon. This seller directs any (sic) issues to Christy website. After a few months the face flannel has holes. Photos sent to Christy. The customer service person is very unprofessional. Numerous emails asking me to choose a replacement only to then be told its not available. Why not check availability beforehand?

I wanted a refund as don't trust Christy. Told has to be a replacement. I chose white which doesn't match the coloured ones purchased.

Avoid, find a reputable professional company.

Purchased a towel, my first, within the last two months. Extremely soft, quick drying and absorbent - all that I was looking for. I decided to purchase again, a different colour. This darker colour is considerably less absorbent than the lighter, and leaves fluff behind.

I contacted customer services and their only resolution was to use it and wash it more for it to get better, because darker dyes improve that way. Not very useful nor timely as I need a towel that's absorbent right now, not in a few months.

I cannot recall noticing such obvious difference in absorbency between towels I have bought in the time based on their colour.

I’m really disappointed with Christy’s towels. I bought a few in different colours and the quality was awful. Threads started pulling after one use, even before they were washed. One towel arrived with threads already running straight out of the package. I expected something much better, especially from a brand that presents itself as premium.

The worst part was the customer service. I had just missed the Amazon return window by a couple of days, so I contacted Christy directly. They ignored my emails and my calls. When I finally got through after many attempts, they said they would arrange a collection. That never happened and they closed the support ticket, leaving me completely stuck with faulty towels. They are not responding to my emails.

I will never buy from them again. Avoid if you can. I found much better towels at a fraction of the price from The Range, and the quality was miles ahead of what I received from Christy.

My experience with Christy.co.uk is bad.

I bought a mattress topper and a bath towel together. It came in a big cardboard box. Mattress topper bag seal broken (suppose to be sealed) and towel has absolutely no protection, not even a plastic bag.

After opened topper bag, noticed 3 stains on topper that explained why seal was broken. Basically Christy sent customer a used/returned item which is naughty.

I followed return process on it's website for return and refund, it does not process at all, said due to hygiene reasons, I had to email customer service with photos to prove the stains, then they sent me a return postage label. So you know, unless their products faulty, otherwise they do not accept any returns due to hygiene reasons, hence do not buy as you won't get a return or refund unless you can prove faulty.

Topper was returned more than a week with no return nor refund process notification, so I had to email them again, miraculouslyI got refund next day. This means they do not automatically refund you unless you check and follow up. They claim refund takes 7-10 days to process, maybe this is the case, but subsequent events prove it is not.

I used £7 points converted credit in my account to as part of my purchase, after item returned, I expected the credit £7 will automatically credit back to my online account, however this is not the case. I emailed them 3rd time, they never replied.

I called customer service, it's agent said they do not deal points query and will forward this to Loyalty team to sort out. Of course, nothing happen.

I had no choice but emailed 4th time that I will decline/chargeback credit card transaction, miraculouslyI got a reply this time and offered me £7 worth of discount code to use. Yes, you have to threaten them with credit card chargeback to be able to get reply.

Based on above, Keep away from this company. Products are bad quality as majority products are cheap materials.

I ordered a Jaipur throw and two cushions. The throw and one of the cushions had marks on them. I tried to email but the emails kept bouncing back so I tried the online chat; that didn’t work either. I called and spoke to a service rep in India who emailed me a link to the returns process. I could either get a PARTIAL refund or replace my goods, but the colours I wanted weren’t listed so presumably not in stock. I will now have to telephone again to try and get this resolved as I am entitled to a full refund. I have no faith in this company and after looking at other reviews am reluctant to return the goods in case I don’t receive the refund. I advise anyone NOT to order direct from Christy. It’s a shame as I really liked the goods but don’t want them as they are.

Bought a set of towels and matching floor mat. The quality is fantastic, so thick and soft. Also they were a darker colour, which has not faded at all. Fantastic value, would recommend
