Cheese boxes I received on the 7th of July contained out of date cheeses dated end of June or on the same day 7th july, however after several phone calls I eventually got through to them and they are sending replacements

The ice pack was punctured so the whole parcel was wet and crystals all over everything, must have been packed this way as all the outer packaging was intact though wet, unfortunately we did not take photos as we binned all the packaging as we didn’t know what the ice pack was made from, and because I did not take photos my complaint was dismissed.

Difficult to choose which cheese to try. Had 3 different flavours with some crackers. Went down well with the family. Will certainly order agsin.

The cheese arrived when they said they were arriving and I've had quite a bit of it and really enjoy it so when I finished the cheese I will order some more

Have not received my order on date requested so very disappointed. Hopefully comes next day .After putting this review after 5 emails to them , eventually got reply, giving me refund & no reason why order was not delivered….. total lack of customer care

I brought the cheese's for my husband for father's day ( He loves cheese)
Well he was over the moon with them all and the variety. He has enjoyed every single one of them. He also liked the stout that I brought too. So would definitely recommend. We will be ordering from there again in the near future.

I’m still waiting for my delivery. The first delivery was “lost” and the second has been out for delivery for a week now. The products I’ve received before have been great, but Royal Mail leave a lot to be desired.

Cheese is nice, delivery and service is terrible. Just remove the preferred delivery date if you consistently can't deliver to it? Every single time. Parcel turned up 5 days late, freezer bag completely warm, emails ignored and social media post replies just advising to email? Shame.

Thought id order a mystery box, says its worth £40, a deal for £20. Filled wiith cheese that doesnt sell. Last years christmas cheese, fiery cheese,was one i could eat,, a smoked cheese, three minute jars of chutney, no biscuits, customer service is abominable, oh and the order was over a week late. The response i got from customer service was basically because i ordered a mystery box id have to lump it, offered me 20% off next order, also had to wait a week for this response.

I was very disappointed with the delivery service, I ordered as a gift for a friends birthday to be delivered on 26th June to arrive in plenty of time for his birthday on the 30th, had an email saying order had been delayed & it eventually turned up on 2nd July whilst my friend was away on holiday. If I’d have been made aware of these issues at the time of ordering I wouldn’t have bothered. This is the second time I’ve ordered as a gift for someone, that one didn’t turn up on time either but as that one was around Christmas I just thought they’d be rushed off their feet but no excuse this time.
To be honest this has probably put me off ordering in future especially when they’re for gifts which is a shame as there seems to be some lovely products.

Excellent goods and delivered on time. The recipient was delighted with his birthday offering. I was able to choose the date for delivery and as this was a birthday present, it made life easier. Have now used them three times and can’t fault them,

First two orders arrived on time. Decent dates and well packaged

3rd delivery over a week late. No explanation, no apologies for inconvenience or compensation offered.
And a 4th has been delayed without any update ! shocking customer service.
Received an email 4 days after delivery date to say my order is being picked

As the product themselves mostly satisfied.
One or two of the flavoured cheeses didn't quite meet expectations.
Both the pigs in blankets and chorizo lacked flavour. And the cheese itself peeled like an onion in layers when you try to cut it or grate it. Don't think I'll be a repeat customer

4th delivery finally arrived, only 5 days late. Half the product is past it's best before and ended up straight in the bin.

My order was ruined as it had all melted!! I have requested a refund but still not received it 8 days later !!

Too many things went wrong for me to use this site again. What eventually arrived did taste nice but customer service and delivery let it down.

The first delivery had to go straight in the bin as had melted through the box it came in. The second delivery nearly went the same way. Inadequate cooling packs in hot weather.
Would possibly order again but in winter only.
More cooling needed in their packs.

Delivery service shocking. Don’t understand why they ask you to pick a specific delivery date when they don’t stick to it. Both my orders now have been a week late. Last order cheese came warm so god knows what the time frame was between dispatch and delivery. Tried twice and both times disappointed so won’t be ordering again.

Love these cheeses, a huge variety to choose from, all very tasty. Brilliant to give with pickles and crackers for presents and to enjoy at home
I have always chosen a delivery date but have never received the cheese on that date, usually a week or so later than requested.
The packaging is totally inadequate. My recent order took much longer than anticipated and was sent in very hot weather so that when I received it the truckles had sweated in the box, had leaked fluid and were all stuck together. The box was very battered too. I thought perhaps the Chuckling Cheese company could have sent an email asking if I wanted to delay posting the cheeses until the weather had cooled a bit.
On a positive note, I love the products and will definitely recommend them to friends and order again.

I’ve had two deliveries this last week and although I’m delighted with the products the delivery times were late on both, first delivery was requested for the 30th june and despite receiving an email from both the company and the Royal Mail saying it was arriving on the 30th it didn’t arrive till the 1st July same with the the second order email received on the 3rd July stating I would receive it that day but didn’t arrive till the 4th July
