Extremely happy with my order, ordered one initially and have gone back and ordered two more. The quality is excellent and delivery quick. Couldn't be happier.

I'm on my second Chuug, now owning a V3 which is amazing. I had a Version 1 which was also fantastic.
I had a couple of issues with my Version 1 and when I communicated with Chuug, they couldn't have been more helpful.
A fantastic Product, great staff and superb support, I can't recommend them enough.

An absolute pleasure, really easy and straightforward to navigate/browse to adding to the basket to checking out and receiving your order. I am very happy with my purchase, love the feel and weight and although it’s very lightweight in the hand it still feels a quality item. It’s great to drink out of and I love the choice of personalisation where you can choose your initial, which adds a nice touch.

Ordering was easy, (except from choosing which one!) 😆
Delivery was well communicated throughout.
I messaged the day after ordering to ask if they could accommodate the personalised coin being put on to show for my left handed husband, they replied they could and it has been done perfectly!
Now the item! Craftsmanship at its finest! A beautiful thing, it’s huge and looks very much the part, it’s hefty and feels like it’ll last forever, I’m going to get so many brownie points from my husband with this!
Packaging was to a high standard too.
Highly recommended!
My only little bug bear is I’ve had quite a few emails from the company now maybe tone it down a little bit?

I have now got 4 Chugg’s and they are the Best things ever to Drink out of, just try one you will not regret it 👌 The Craftsmanship is Incredible and there Customer Service is a step above anyone else’s.

My order arrived today in incredibly poor condition. The finish is scuffed in places, the monogram is off centre, there are dents and scrapes on the tankard, and the wooden part isn’t level with the metal insert the whole way around. For over £50, and having received an email stating the product passed a quality check before it was shipped, I’m extremely disappointed with the product. I have emailed the company with pictures as proof, but please be careful when purchasing from this company.

An absolutely great upgrade to the original Chuug. We now have 4 tankards and we love them. Thank you.

So far so good, enjoying my goblet and watching a good basketball game, stay thirsty my friends.

if you want an ok product, which they will change on you at some point,... and the worst customer service ever.,.... I would recommend that you find another product. Still haven't addressed my concerns after buying my LAST of their product.

Great design and well presented

An amazing company. We ordered our CHUUG for a friend as a gift. The order was scheduled to arrive after we needed it for and the team fast tracked the order to be with us in time. Customer service at its best. We had requested the mug gift wrapped so only saw it when the recipient opened it. Wow, a beautiful crafted mug. Everyone was delighted with it and everyone now wants one…hopefully they’ve placed an order with this magnificent company.

The workmanship on the mugs are exceptional. I’m very happy with the product and highly recommend them.

I live in Australia, and unfortunately my order was cherry picked by customs for an inspection, which also came at a cost (more than the cost of the mug). I was prepared to pay because my purchase is a gift for my husband's birthday and I didn't want to lose not just money but the Chuug that my husband has been talking about and wanting for so long. I got in contact with Chuug for their assistance, I was seeking maybe some documentation from them that I could provide to customs, to maybe ensure the product was not destroyed. Not only did they take over communications on my behalf with customs, they paid for the inspection service. I am absolutely blown away by this. They took away the added financial and mental stress, and ensured that my product was cleared. Grace from the customer service team went above and beyond to ensure I was kept up to date throughout the process. At one point we weren't sure if the product was going to be cleared and Chuug even offered to send a replacement item, after paying for the inspection. It is organisations like this that go the extra mile, even when not necessary that make stressful experiences through no fault of their own, so much smoother. I'm so thankful for the service I received. I have received my husband's gift, and the quality is phenomenal. I would give my experience and the product more stars if it were possible. Thank you!

I'm chuffed with me chuug v3.

I placed my order on April 5 and just received it a few days ago, so roughly 2 1/2 weeks from order to delivery. I love this thing. It’s absolutely beautiful and as much a piece of art as a drinking vessel. I will say that I thought it would be bigger. I’ve been accustomed to the larger 32oz tumblers that are rampant here in the US and these top out at 22 oz. Add a little ice and volume drops quickly. Not sure if that is a future option or not but overall, I’m very pleased.

I purchased a set of 3 Chuugs back in 2024 for myself ans 2 of my friends. I added some custom initials to each to represent each of us. Personally I have used my chuug pretty mucj every day, it even travels with me. Around 1 month ago the liner had come away from the wood, given how much I've used it (and washed) I wasn't suprised. I reached out to Chuug asking how best to repair. Grace come back asking for a photo, I sent this in so they could offer the best advice. Martha contacted me with the advice, She suggested, to use food safe epoxy, perfect I have this available I thought but to my suprise they offered me a new Chuug! After 2+ of heavy use, they simple wanted me to have another Chuug without repairs at no cost! Now as far as customer service goes, this is nothing short of incredible in my opinion. I now have my Original Chuug that has been repaired (sentimental value) and a brand new one. To go one step further, they have even added my initials to the new one aswell!
