I chose the penultimate slot for the same day test results only to be told that I wasn’t going to get my results on the day. It was strange because I had actually called to book this appointment and I asked the consultant at what time this test be processed considering it was end of the day. I was assured that I would get the results only to be told when I showed up that an email was sent to me saying I won’t get my results same day. Luckily, my flight was noon so the results came the following day and I was able to board on the plane without issues. You need to define the cutoff time for same day appointment to avoid disasters with air travel.

Our cut off times for same-day results do differ depending on the location the test is completed at however this is still advertised on the products e.g. for our PCR, Same Day, Pre Departure – London St Pancras, you will see the cut off time for same-day results is 4pm. This has changed recently which may have caused some confusion but if you don't receive your result same-day please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. I hope you have a nice day. After dealing with a number of horrible…
After dealing with a number of horrible Covid testing companies during the pandemic, finally, I found Circular Health. They were excellent from answering questions quickly online, during testing and receiving results within 24 hours. I'm very happy with the service they provided. The only slight annoyance was that they increased their PCR tests by £20 just recently on time for holiday travel. PCR tests should be much cheaper now after almost 3 years of the pandemic. 5 stars for the service, 3 stars for the price for the average 4 stars :-)
