Friendly staff, efficient service
Such lovely staff. We were 30 minutes early but we went straight in to the St Pancras branch on Sat 12th Nov. All super efficient and we went back after 20 mins for our certificates. I’d booked online to have a pre cruise antigen test as we were passing through London on our journey. Highly recommend.

Avoid like Covid!
Bought Covid tests from Circular One to be used upon return from Finland.
Returned, took the test from the airport and directly hand delivered it. Then went home and registered the return within the hour. Sounds right yes?
Because I had not registered the test first, then hand delivered they would not process the test. So no idea if we had Covid and any health precaution went up in the smoke of bureaucratic red tape. What didn’t go up in smoke was my money for both tests paid.
Made a complaint and surprise not withheld. Public safety is not a priority.
Highly not recommended
Go elsewhere.

As you purchased your test in December 2021 when there were still a lot of Covid restrictions, you would have had to register your test before arriving at the lab/hub to drop your test off as it is required to be registered on the portal for the lab to unpack the test and process it. Over the last year with the restrictions settling and a lot of changes with Covid we now have onsite staff who are available to assist customers with registering their tests if they require assistance. Don't use this company ever
Don't use this company. They caused me a lot of hassle giving me wrong information.I had to go to their hub twice in person despite underground strike. Their manager is rubbish، avoided talking to me. Their system is wrong with info. They wanted me to email them a copy of my passport which I refused. They said they cannot proceed without that!! I don't trust them. I went back to hub again and never gave them my passport. They are crazy.

Good morning Claire. Thank you for your review, I have looked into your test form 27/03/2022. You purchased a test to return to us with the pre paid postage, the test was registered at 13:15 on 27/03/2022, then returned to our lab with the 24 hour tracking, it arrived in our lab on 29/03/2022 at 10:05am, and the result was sent out to your email at 14:23 on 29/03/2022, that was a 4 hour turn around time from the time of reaching our lab. If customers require a faster turn around time, we do advice them not to use the postage and to please drop their tests off directly to the lab. Kind Regards, Terri-Anne

I have had many dealings with Circular 1 and always found them excellent. However I only give them 3 stars for this transaction because the genetic and epigenetic tests purchased were quite expensive and did not yield much useful information so to me were not good value. Perhaps my expectations were too high.

Great fast service, but watch out for delays during postal strikes
Great fast service and have ordered Covid PCR tests regularly from Circular1. Something to watch out for — My last PCR test took ages to reach the clinic due to the postal strikes. I didn’t expect it to impact the turnaround time as much as it did, and in the end my test had expired prior to arriving. So I had to visit a walk-in center instead to get the test results I needed in time.
